    Pepperoni pizza

I really wanted to love this place because of the decor and ambiance but I won't be back. Unfortunately the drinks we ordered were not great. When the espresso and matcha came out in tall glasses like vases with homogeneous color I felt something would be off. As a matcha person, my drink tasted like low quality grassy powder mixed in oat milk unsweetened and I only had a few sips. My partner, who is into coffee, asked the bartender how it was made and received a little bit of a defensive response so he did not ask to have the drink remade. The food was mediocre, could have made this mushroom toast myself and the pepperoni pizza tasted like the frozen grocery kind.

One of the great things about Miami, is that it is easy to explore using public transportation. Mad Radio was one of those places on one of my last trips. The Insight is definitely as funky as the outside. You walk in and there is a small area to sit at, but go ahead. Give it a shot and sit at the bar. Get yourself some coffee, some alcohol, or a combo. They will have alcohol infused coffee concoctions that you have never thought of that are definitely worth your taste bud's time. Of course, you also get to enjoy part of the Mad Radio experience. Part of a bigger music scene, there are live DJs that broadcast in a method you can watch on a big screen next to you or through an app. As it happened, there was actually a live DJ in house while we were sitting a few feet away. This is the perfect experience if you are in your 30's and up want to walk around and try new cool chillaxing things. They have a whole separate night scene with a club atmosphere and other things that I can't tell you about because we didn't hang out that long I wasn't sure if it was geared to some of the slightly older crowd. Anyhow, this was definitely a cool place to visit and chill out listening to DJ drinking some coffee in or a cocktails.

Small bar on the Miami river located at a motel, went late in the night for a quick drink. Valet parking was $15 and there was a cover charge of $20 for both men and women. We expressed there was an hour left till closing time and they waived the fee for women while the men still had to pay. Bar had a small outdoor area and a small indoor area where mostly techno was being played. Ordered an Espresso Martini at the bar and it was pretty good had good foam consistency and good amount of alcohol.

    Great taste!

This is a small restaurant with a limited menu but with that said the food was amazing. Everything was well done and incredibly season. It is found in an motel on Biscayne Blvd in Miami which if you don't know it's there, you miss it. But please find it. You will not be disappointed. The service was great. Our waitress, Elisa, helped use navigate the menu and explained the background of the restaurant. During the day, the ambiance is quiet but at night the music comes alive. Price are extremely good for Miami. So not really expensive and they serve you plenty. Come find this hidden gem in Miami. You will not be disappointed!

She had already taken a bite or two before I snapped the pic but $16 for that!

The standout of the entire meal was the tres leches French toast an absolute 10/10. It was rich, perfectly sweet, and honestly one of the best brunch items I've had. The seasonal fruit platter was also a 10/10 so fresh and beautifully presented with honeydew, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, and a side of blueberry yogurt that tied everything together perfectly. The breakfast burrito, however, was more of a 5/10 very basic and didn't stand out compared to the other dishes we tried. Overall, the experience was still enjoyable, especially because of the incredible French toast and fresh fruit platter. I'd definitely come back for those alone, but I'd probably explore different savory options next time.

I had double smash burger, and honestly one of the best burgers I had in a while, the bun is buttery soft, it stays in place, doesn't fall apart, and just melts in your mouth.

I knew when I saw the 4.3 Yelp rating and hundreds of great reviews, this was the place !! And it…read moresure lived up to its expectations... actually, it surpassed them! The hardest part about dining here was deciding what I wanted to order. I could have ordered the entire menu it looked so good! Helpful tip... check out the menu and know what you're going to order before you get in line. Otherwise you're going to be pressured to order at the front of the line. When you walk in, you place your order and pay for it and take a table number. You need to find your own table. Our service was pretty quick, despite how busy the restaurant was. My cold brew was very good and a nice start to the meal. Our guacamole came next and it was nicely styled with pomegranate, cheese and cilantro on top. Yum! The real star of the show for me was this unassuming looking House Club Sandwich that was to die for. Seriously ... it was so good. I ordered mine without the ham, and it was divine! I wish i lived closer. I'm already dreaming of coming back. My son ordered some kind of short rib/beef burrito and it disappeared so quickly I didn't even get to snap a photo. This is a perfect spot to enjoy a great meal, I highly recommend it. One thing I can say is that it's on the pricey side. $113 lunch for 2 added up super fast but it was well worth it. I'll be dreaming of that sandwich til my next visit!

I ordered the mahi mahi tacos, and while they tasted ok, the portion size felt pretty small for the price. Overall, it came across as a bit overpriced for what you get. The service style is more casual and self-directed. You order and pay at the register, get a number, and then find your own seat while they bring the food out to you. Water is self-serve, and once you're done with your meal, you just head out. There's minimal interaction with staff, which might appeal to people who prefer a more low-key, independent dining experience or want a place to sit and work without being interrupted. That said, the service did not feel very friendly or welcoming. And personally, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed.
