I'm also pregnant and can't just run into the store and pick one up real quick. Just don't come here. The staff was very friendly and explained everything extremely well. They definitely "managed expectations" as we often quote in the AF and informed me how long the zipper repair would be; there is typically a 1 week wait-time because they're quite busy with all the work requests that they but since I was not in a hurry and have a spare to wear so I did not mind. After picking up my pants the following week, I have discovered that the wait was worth it. They repaired one of my favorite scrub pant's zippers seamlessly. The price they charge for services are extremely fair and reasonable. Though they weren't able to tailor the size of my winter jackets because the pockets were too close to the seam-line, they offered a DIY solution for free. What more can you ask for? Because of the helpful and friendly staff, quality work, and quick services, will definitely be returning for more of our tailoring needs. Keep up the great work DT Tailor!

Pants are always heavy starched for work. picked them up and they were pressed only. Not a big deal. Called comet to explain and asked if I could bring them back so they can be heavy starched. The lady insisted that's how my wife told them to do it. My wife said that wasn't the case but regardless of the misunderstanding I wanted to bring them back so they could be done how the notes are on file. Got a call back minute later by a different lady and she was upset and being confrontational about that's what your wife said to do. It got to a point quickly I asked if it's that big of a deal should I just go somewhere else and she said yes that be best. It's obvious she is having a bad day I get it but hope she reads this and provides better service going forward. Don't think what I was asking was unreasonable and people do have misunderstandings but she wouldn't let it go. First comment I've ever left so that should say something to you if you read it.
