We just moved here recently and wanted to get donuts for the family. I genuinely don't understand how this shop is rated so low? First the shop is family owned, and EVERYONE in that store was welcoming and kind to my son and I. They even went out their way to add frosting and sprinkles on one of their donuts for my son and I don't recall a lot of donut shops doing that. Pricing was competitive compared to other donut shops (which is another thing I don't understand with these reviews??) we paid around $8 for a half a dozen of what was left, and the owner added a few extra apple fritters free of charge! Lastly, these donuts are great! They were hefty and packed with flavor as well. Their tiger stripe donut was enjoyable and those apple fritters they threw in for free were delicious! With our experience with their customer service and the quality of food, they deserve all the praise! read more

Despite being mid-morning already, Madd Natters was able to pull together a full box of donuts on very short notice. I went here the other day to grab a donut to go with my starbies, it was a Saturday morning, I walk in instantly greeted by a young girl and possibly her mom. The selection was VERY limited. The girl quickly said they have more arriving soon. I spotted an apple fritter my fav so I selected that. Price was on point especially for how large it was ($4.00) I think...maybe more honestly I can't remember lol. When I took the first bite I KNEW this was gonna be a good to when I come to town. I had to go back to pick some up to take back home with me. I even got a punch card lol. I'm not local but will definitely be back when I come back. Get there early though. went to get my dad some donut holes and to finally give this place a try. the guy was nice enough. but he took my money bare handed then grabbed my donut holes without washing his hands and fully handling them as the parchment paper he grabbed wasn't properly covering his hand. 3+ dollars after tax for 6 donut holes feels crazy. continuing; As some one who works in food service , I did not give these donuts to my dad. I had to toss them-- the lack of hygiene here is a pretty concerning :/ as money is *not* clean; as well working in a donut shop; cross contamination is a very big concern. won't be back. read more

I live in upper Magalia and there's not a ton of places for sweet treats here, so I was excited to try some doughnuts at the Magalia location. I bought a baker's dozen for $26 and was very disappointed with my purchase. They looked really good, but when my mom and I tried our first ones and they were very underdone and doughy. We thought maybe it was just a fluke, but when we tried again the other ones were the same; noticeably underdone dough. They were pretty greasy too with weird-tasting oil. This is a review of their Magailia store and has no actual bearing on the quality of food as I have yet to be able to taste it. The Magailia store is never opened, at least at 6am. Donuts have always been my guilty pleasure for a morning treat, these donuts have to be the best most fresh donuts I've ever had.

So happy to have a donut shop in Paradise! Got to try once, sadly they have been sold out every time I have gone after that. Very new business in town still working out the kinks and refining there craft. Got to try there maple bar, apple fritter and raspberry filled donut. Fritter and maple bar were good, fresh, and tasted good but were under cooked and soggy with oil from cooking. Didn't taste like dirty oil so still a win. The jelly fill had little jelly in it but the jelly it did have was really good. Inside was very clean, staff is friendly, my family and I can't wait to go back over and over as they improve and grow. read more

I have tried to support this local business at least 5 times now. Every time the donuts are greasy and heavy. Today I paid $42 for 18 regular size donuts! What?! Donuts are the cheapest things to make, they are WAY overpriced for a terrible product. Today the donuts were heavy and tasted like old oil. I took them to my work and the consensus was not good, in fact a few people had stomach aches after eating one. Something has to change, and hopefully after reading these reviews the bakers will get some help. read more
