Whatever the process was, it worked. MM liked his entry, as did I. Piping hot, nice quantity, fair price. One additional thing to mention. The owner has a huge Christmas village on display (rivals my sister's). On shelves on walls, on stands on the floor. Makes you feel like a little kid again (in my case, no need to include the word "again". I always feel like a little kid)! 3 and 1/2 stars, and definitely a "locals" bar.

Very capably waited on by bartender Andre. He was effective, efficient, and gregarious. Perfect young man for the job.
