I took my car to RT Clapp for an oil change and diagnostic checks. They sent me a list of things…read morethat needed to be service; brake flush; engine filter change; and transmission flush. I chose the break flush. when I came to pick up my car the manger told me that they could not get the key to go into the ignition switch. I told him that I never had that problem before. I could not start my car. I was very upset and the manger had the nerve to tell me that it was like that when I brought the car in, which was not true. If that was the case then how come it was not on the service list? He told me that he could try to fix it but that I would have to pay for the parts. Three days later still not fixed. I had to have my car tow to the dealership. On of top that I had black stuff on my tan carpet where the mechanic was trying to fix the ignition switch. Plus, there was a fresh large scratch on the passenger side of my car and he tells me that it was already there before I brought the car in, which was not true. This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a car shop. You drive your car in and have tow it out.

I had gotten stuck the night before due to Snow that we got and although I tried twice to get out, I was not getting anywhere. My ABS sensor is broken now and o have no speedometer and I have a hybrid so I need that abs sensor!! I can't believe this guy is in business he must have paid for all his "five star reviews" there's just no way. He completely ghosted me when I asked him to come back and fix the busted sensor. I needed a water pump replacement and ACME said they could have it replaced the next day. So I dropped off my truck with between 1/2 and 1/4 tank of diesel, my edge programmer set to level 2. I picked it up after the repairs and found less than an 1/8 tank of diesel and my edge programmer changed to a higher level which led me to look into the records saved by the programmer. ACME diesel employees took my truck out and drove the piss out of it. The records show 40psi of boost and 3300+rpms. No wonder I didn't have any diesel left when I picked it up. They turned my programmer up and drove it like they stole it. I never drive my truck like this, so I would expect any one I give my keys to, also not drive my truck like this. But they did. I called to let them know about the situation and all I got was an apology and a "I will take care of this right now". I didn't get any refund on my repair or an offer to repay the diesel they wasted or even cash back to help with future repairs from damage they did that I can't see.
