After spending the night in a parking lot, and getting it running decent, we headed back out. Within minutes, we smelled something burning and the truck started missing worse. We found that the plug wire had been burned off. Looking around, we found we were in a parking lot next to a sign for Dee's Auto Repair. We walked down to the shop and found that it was more of a specialty repair but he just happened to have a set of plug wires that a customer had not wanted after having theirs replaced and he gave me two of them. He would not let me pay him anything at all, but i did give him a couple of cartons of Little Debbie Snack Cakes that I had brought along to share at the race. Thanks to him, we made it in and were able to have an enjoyable weekend at the races. It turned out to be an exhaust leak that burned the wire.

And I had them service the CVT fluid on my wife's 2017 Subaru Legacy 3.6R. Later, she brought it in because the electric window (passenger, front) wasn't working. Danny (owner) advised it was a battery problem (weird!) and charged only $60 for troubleshooting. Yet, we'd not have given a thought if he'd have charged us hundreds. The only deal I'm interested in is a) accurate, honest diagnosis; b) competent workmanship; and c) paying only what I should pay, for work that was needed and that was done right.
