Of course I assumed AC work may or may not be expensive depending on the problem and after receiving a high quote I needed to run it by my husband. Also come to find out they charge mostly the labor because we found the parts I needed online for $215. (My quote was almost $1600 not including the money they robbed me of) They said they still needed to charge me ($217) because they topped off (it wasn't empty) and recharge my ac. I didn't ask them to do either of those things, just to run a diagnostic which I would have paid for if there was a cost for that, no problem. I asked the man at the counter if doing those things was going to temporarily help with the cold air and he said yes. A lie. Come to find out because my issue is my compressor, recharging and adding more Freon was a total waste of time and money. That's $217 wasted on something I didn't even ask them to do. I imagine they won't be willing to refund me so all I can do is try to help someone else to STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

I believed them when they said my alignment was off, however, bc they showed me a sheet showing the alignment on each tire. I didn't get it done that day however because I needed some new tires and wanted to get it done at the same time. I took it to Big O Tires on Old Cedar Bluff road and told them I needed an alignment. They came back and said the alignment was fine and it didn't need to be done. Like, what the hell. I went to Big O because they don't try to sell you on crap you don't need, and going back saved me $80.

The full synthetic was just over $100 which is reasonable. I have used this firm with all of my vehicles since moving to Maryville a few years ago. I would rather support a local firm than national franchised oil change facility. Let's keep all of the money in Maryville! My observation is that for the first time ever, they did not clean my windshield. Not a big deal, but I'd come to expect it. There were 3 or 4 employees and no other customers. Has there been a change of policy and they no longer clean windshields? How long could it take... a minute?

I requested an appointment and he was able to get me in asap coming out on a Sunday morning. The issue was my heat was not working. The first thing he noticed was my antifreeze was almost empty. He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes. He was worried about a leak so he wanted me to keep him updated on the issue. I highly recommend!
