My transmission went down for what I thought and was told was a bad line that needed to be…read more"repaired".....I said I wanted it fully replaced with I new line. They didn't do that. Told me that no mechanic was going to do that for me for an 05 Cadillac Deville. So they "repaired" it. Guess what?! It wasn't fixed! In fact, I had to bring it back the same day I picked it up after paying $400 dollars to have a 7 inch piece of hose spliced on. THEN, they quoted me $3500 (taxes included) and I said fine. I didn't have the money then so I was going to have to make payments on it and unfortunately because of the way things have been going in America right now. I just haven't been able to get my money right. So it took some time to get it paid for and they told me they would not start the work until they received full payment. My car has been sitting at that shop for a year and I had been in periodic contact with him and had made a couple payments here and there to the total of $600. The last time that I came in to make a payment, the amount had changed from the agreed $3500 to it now being $4800. they must've had an owner change since the time that I had dropped it off because the original owner had told me that there were no storage fees. I finally decided that I was just going to come pick my car up and the guy that I spoke with on the phone named Rick was very disrespectful. In fact when I went to pick up my car, my car was left on top of a pile of gravel, my tires were deep in the gravel probably about 2 to 3 inches. I have pictures of the entire lot comparing how all the other vehicles were parked to how mine was left to be picked up they will be being posted on the local community Pages. your father would be ashamed, Rick.

When…read moreI picked up my car I was told "there is a twelve month or twelve thousand mile warranty".....a bit different.....I chose them to do the work because of the warranty!!! My car was also filthy when I picked it up. There was grease on the seats and carpet...when I asked them about it, they just shrugged their shoulders! Not exactly what I would call good customer service. The transmission runs a little rough, but it gets me to work and back. I won't use them again. Advice: Let the buyer beware, go into every agreement as if you know the person/business is trying to rip you off!

More than once, a mechanic here has spent a few hours on my car diagnosing a problem that other garages couldn't detect (even after I described thoroughly) They are honest, capable, and eager to save your money rather than up selling services and repairs that you don't need (unlike most dealerships and chain companies). Of course I assumed AC work may or may not be expensive depending on the problem and after receiving a high quote I needed to run it by my husband. Also come to find out they charge mostly the labor because we found the parts I needed online for $215. (My quote was almost $1600 not including the money they robbed me of) They said they still needed to charge me ($217) because they topped off (it wasn't empty) and recharge my ac. I didn't ask them to do either of those things, just to run a diagnostic which I would have paid for if there was a cost for that, no problem. I asked the man at the counter if doing those things was going to temporarily help with the cold air and he said yes. A lie. Come to find out because my issue is my compressor, recharging and adding more Freon was a total waste of time and money. That's $217 wasted on something I didn't even ask them to do. I imagine they won't be willing to refund me so all I can do is try to help someone else to STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

I was desperate because we were planning to drive to North Carolina to visit my son, who is in the Marines. I called and spoke with Scott, who was incredibly kind and told me to bring the car in right away. Christian handled the diagnostics and explained that he would thoroughly inspect the vehicle and keep me updated. Christian went above and beyond from the very beginning. He first drove me to Enterprise to get a rental car, but they were completely booked. Without hesitation, he then drove me to Budget so I could get a rental there. He thoroughly tested my car twice and even had another mechanic drive and inspect it to make sure nothing was missed. He called to let me know everything looked good, but because he wanted to be absolutely certain, he offered to test it again on Saturday--his day off. True to his word, Christian called me first thing Saturday morning after driving and inspecting the car again. He said everything was running great and believed the issue had likely been a clogged catalytic converter that had cleared itself out. Had my transmission rebuilt there on a 2007 Classic Siverado, took them forever to get it done, Now…read moreafter less than 25000 miles the truck will not go into reverse until it warms up. Im told it will need to be rebuilt again. My advise is stay away from this business!
