Since the change in management the place has gone down hill. The new manager is not friendly as the other old one was. The energy is not as welcoming and inviting as it once was. It also seems like there is new assistant and the quality of care is not as it once was. Definitely not satisfied with the service and overall experience this office has provided me. Which is a shame because I had been going in for years and have always had a good experience until recent changes in staff. Will be looking for another office to provide me my services. read more

as soon as you walk through those doors to sit in a chair, all they care about is money! I started using them last year to get my dentures, and get my wisdom teeth removed, when I got my wisdom teeth removed they sent me to another office who over charged me $650 and while I was in the back I told them my mouth was in a lot of pain and and was told due to my weight (168 at the time) that they wouldn't put me under and gave me another numbing which didn't work I told them to stop that I wanted to leave, only then did they put me under to continue. I was told by the front office at my original location that they couldn't give the money back but that I can use it toward my future dental work. When doing my dentures the dentist didn't listen to me about where it was uncomfortable and said it will adjust to my mouth and that it's just temporary. Well news flash it never did, it actually cut through my gum so now I have a cut in my gum to the bone I told them was still sticking out from my car accident (reason I lost my teeth), they're so painful and 2 months later I still can't eat with them in! And still keep getting a cut $580 spent on dentures that I can't wear but for pictures and try to wear them for a little bit at work but end up taking them out due to pain and discomfort. During the appointment of receiving my dentures I notified them that when I was flossing I broke my tooth trying to get the floss out because my bottom teeth are being pushed together for some reason, they took an x ray, saw the tear and said oh it's just a filling that came loose. Now I'm preparing to get the tooth removed by another dentist because it's so badly broken. Please do not go here, they will waste your time and your money. I highly regret doing any dental work with them due to the fact that I have to now go by Lucy a new set of dentures because their dentist didn't listen to my concerns about my pain and discomfort read more

I called via my dental insurance phone number website and made an appointment for a specific dentist (a black woman) and was told okay and given options for the next availability (which was 2 weeks away). After waiting 2 weeks they called the night before and verified the appointment but the name sounded different so I googled it and called them back. I realized they set me up at a different dental office with a different dentist than I requested. If they would have listened to me when I first called then I wouldn't have wasted my time for 2 weeks still waiting for an appointment, as I am still in pain. This is the worst dentist office that I have ever been to and are extremely unprofessional. They seem to forget that "we" are the customers/clients. Just a little history, I had been taking myself and my two daughters there for a few months. Even though after the first visit not being the best, I decided to give them one more chance. After making my daughter (14) cry due to the way the lady was taking about how bad her teeth were in the middle of the hallway. It infuriated me. I understand, that yes she needed to do some work, but there is no reason to scream it to the world to hear. It also against HIPPA law, hence the lack of professionalism. After I decided to take my business elsewhere, it took multiple attempts to receive the over payment that I had made. One other thing that upset me, is that when you would call, they would not acknowledge who they were speaking too, but they knew because they have caller id. The only reason why I point this out is when I would call to speak to the billing department, they would say okay we will call you back, but never ask for the name or phone number. I would think that if you were aware of the customer that you are speaking to on the phone, that you would be courteous and reference them by there name. I have been here for cleaning and check ups for myself and my children as well. This is just down the road from where I live, so it is very convenient. The staff is very friendly on the phone and in person. They were patient with a lot of questioning because I was trying to find a new dental home. I was able to get in fairly quickly and when I came in, I was delighted to see that everything was very clean, professional and organized. I didn't see much of the dentist since I didn't have a lot of issues, but she was nice. All the dental hygienists that were seen during all of our visits were very kind, thorough and patient. My kids felt at ease with everyone there. My son did have some cavities so since he is only 8, they did refer me to a pediatric dentist to do his fillings. Overall, I am very pleased and will continue going here. read more

First, I hate dentists. Second, I hate needles. Third, I was in seriously intense pain. I couldn't sleep last night due to a toothache. I called at 10:45 AM, had an appointment at 12:00 PM, and walked out about an hour later, pain free. Dr Ben was fantastic. He has a great "bedside" manner. He was caring, explained everything to me, and treated me as a person and a patient, not just a patient or an account to get money from. I'll never like dentists, but I'm not concerned about my return follow up in 2 weeks and/or any further work. read more

Despite that the personnel seems nice and professional the manager though will always incline the balance in favor of the corporation and never in favor of their patients, acting absolutely inflexible and no given considerations or discounts to their clients despite probed issues, it means that the top management prefer to do more money on you rather to offer a win-win situation, case by case. This location really pushed for me to get Lumineers. I was only there for a cleaning and sealants. I was informed that reapplying sealants will be covered so long as I get the service done here. I called months later and was told that "it depends" if these will be covered. They have to look at everything first. I never went back. I would give zero stars if possible. The ladies at the front desk (the older one especially) were incredibly rude when I asked a question about why they needed a copy of my card to charge in the future so that was strike one. Strike two was when I had been waiting for my appointment (30 minutes past due) when they call some guy in who had gotten there like 20 minutes after me! At that point I was disgusted with the lack of professionalism and when I asked what was going on they spoke to me like they would a small child explaining that he was going to see the doctor and I am waiting for a hygienist not the doctor... are you kidding me??
