The wine was tasty, I opted for a sweeter white wine from VA, and my bf opted for a dryer red wine from VA. We slurped it down! The food was underwhelming. I don't believe it's prepared in-house. The flatbread we ordered had some bland chicken and was missing some color and seasoning. The fried pickles seemed frozen and the jalapeño poppers were nothing to get excited about. However, the local jam they served with the poppers made a BIG difference! I had never tried such a combo and that was pretty yummy!! Main Street both feels & looks like a home turned into a bakery, it also smelled delicious inside. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They greeted us within seconds and also gave lots of great recommendations for shops/restaurants around town. This was my first time having quiche and Chef Chuck did not disappoint. The bread pudding was also amazing! Not normally a fan of raisins in baked goods but was still tasty. We ended up coming back Saturday morning for the cinnamon rolls and really glad we did. They were fluffy and delicious but not too sweet. Highly recommend stopping by if you have a chance.

Here's where other places get it wrong. They cook the pizza the "regular" time, without considering the extra ingredient on top, so it comes out undercooked and/or soggy. Not here!!! It was so yummy! Done to perfection. I didn't take a pic, but I finished my meal off with a scoop of espresso chocolate chip ice cream. Oh so satisfying! Our server was amazing! It was iceberg lettuce, a few other things, and a chicken tender cut up into the tiniest pieces. I had a burger w/ PB & J and I don't think they could have put less PB & J on it. The burger did not seem to be great quality and was grey in color. Onion rings were a star here! The sweet tea was also very good. Our server was overwhelmed and did the best she could. I think she was the only server working a handful of tables. She was friendly, but felt scattered. The restaurant had several dirty tables and tables that were dirty underneath. Likely the result of a young diner, but it gave an overall appearance of being unclean. Decor was stark. I hope our experience was just a bad night.
