    Brought my car in for a transmission service was waiting for my car and noticed one of the. Mechanics moved my car and he drove the back tire over the curb. I told the other. Servic. advisor that I seen him do it. They said. They would let the manager know and the manager would talk to me.But he hasn't came to talk to me and i've been here twenty minutes already. I'm starting off with a bad experience with this place

    I just wanted to say a big thank you to Brian and Andrea who helped me get my new 2025 Corolla they helped me al throughout the process. They helped me get the price I needed and the car I needed. I really appreciate everything they did it was hard to find or get any help in the Bay Area they don't wanna work with your budget or give you much attention if they know your buying cash ,but here at Madera Toyota they really went out their way they went above and beyond ! I will definitely be recommending this dealer to my family and friends THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

    I've been buying vehicles from Madera Toyotas for over 10 plus years. I've referred many, many friends, co workers and family members who had purchased their vehicles from there as well. I acquired about a new Sienna minivan back in November from Angelica for myself. I also mentioned to her to find 2 more Siennas for my two brothers who are also looking for new Sienna minivans as well. I mentioned to her and her partner Isabell that I don't need and I will not pay for their added "Optional Non-Toyota products" that will add around another $2500. Isabell said, "ok" so I signed their "commitment form" to purchase the Sienna. We waited for almost three months and finally got confirmation that she'd found one for us. So my wife and I drove up to Madera to put a $500 deposit on it. A week goes by and I got a call from Angelica that our van was being built and we needed to go back to Madera to sign paperwork and get pre-approve. We drove back to Madera after waiting for almost three months by now. We got there and Angelica wasn't there so Isabell helped us. She asked how much we'll be putting down and I told her I'll put down $30k and finance the rest through EECU. She brought out their form that we signed a few months back with the dealer add ons still on it and I told Isabell that I don't want it and I will not pay for it like I've mentioned to her a few months back. She said she'll talk to her manager and see what he can do. She came back and said we have to pay for it. I told her I wasn't going to pay for it so she went back to her manager. At this point, her manager, Tyler Duffin comes to us and basically tells us that either we pay for their optional dealer add ons or we will don't get the Sienna in a rude and demeanor way. Saying he can make more money by selling it to someone else. I told Tyler that we're not interested anymore and would like our deposit back so he left us with Isabell. Isabell said she'll get with her finance director and he'll get in contact with us to get our deposit back. I waited a 5 days and no calls from anyone from Madera Toyota. In the mean time, I've tried calling Angelica multiple times and she will not answer my calls or return my calls. I will never step foot in Madera Toyota ever again and I will make sure my friends and families are aware of the way we weee treated. Madera Toyota has lost a long time and loyal customer. On a side note, I've heard that this place has gone downhill with the new management. A lot of the employees had left due to new management.

    I would like to warn anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle from Madera Ford to think twice…read moreabout it. My initial truck buying experience with Madera Ford was actually fine, which makes what happened afterward even more frustrating. At the time of purchase, I ordered a safe for the truck that wasn't available yet. They attempted to install it twice, and both times they showed up with the wrong part. After the second failed attempt, I asked for a refund of the $400 I paid. They agreed to issue the refund. Separately, there was a defect in the paint protection on the hood. The dealership agreed to cover the repair and told me they would send a check so I could have it fixed locally. As of today, I have received neither the $400 refund nor the check for the paint repair and I have been COMPLETELY GHOSTED by not only the salesman Mitch Riegelhoth but the finance manager, Matt, the General Manager Shaun Keenan and even the owner Lak. I have: * Reached out to the original salesperson Mitch Riegelhoth multiple times over the last month. He will not take my call or respond to my text messages. * Spoke with the finance manager Matt on 3/31/26 , who promised a callback the next day (never happened) * Spoke directly with the GM Shaun Keenan on 4/1/26 , who said he would call me back the same day, he never did. I left him another message on 4/6/26 and he never called me back. * I sent a letter on 4/8/26 to the owner, Lak Brar because the dealership would not give me an email address to reach him. In the letter I explained how I have been treated and even included screen shots from Mitch telling me I would be receiving these payments. * NO RESPONSE FROM ANY OF THESE PEOPLE. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. This is not about a complicated issue -- it's simply about honoring commitments that were already agreed to. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. If you're considering doing business here, just be aware that once the deal is done, getting follow-through on anything afterward will be very difficult. I traded in my vehicle on March 13, however they did not take over my loan until March 30, forcing me to pay my monthly payment of $237.18. When I called them about it, they said to call my lender. I did, and my lender said it was Madera Auto's responsibility. When I tried calling Madera Auto back multiple times (after 9am on a weekday), they did not answer and their voice mailbox is full. Very disappointed with this dealership. After 3 phone calls, Adam was very helpful and promised to send me a check with the money owed once they receive the title transfer from my bank. I am hopeful I will have a positive follow up to this review.
