Absolutely no accountability from the owner. We drove a brand new car home and it had this flaw from the factory. I spoke to the owner and told him I had purchased two Lexus prior with no problems and he stated all manufacturers have problems. I had hoped to hear,rest assure we'll fix it moving forward. The car was returned to infinity per California lemon law when I went to speak to the owner he stated that had nothing to do with me that was between you and the factory. I said when you sell a car, you take no responsibility. He said it's not just like it left you stranded or the engine it was just that little piece I said so you're saying it's OK to purchase a brand new car with a flaw like that, I told him this whole ordeal was horrible and frustrating and I was literally two days away from parking the car in front of the dealership with a sign talk to me before you purchase a car from Fresno Infinity I stated that I was going to write a bad review and the owners son stated that we will have the review removed and that shirt you're wearing is that the company you work for will give you a bad review and I let them know that I'm retired and it's actually the logo from the school that my grandson goes to again, no accountability and very childlike shirt you're wearing is that the company you work for? NEVER doing business with Fresno Infinity ever again, dropped my vehicle off exactly on May 5th for an appointment on the next day. When I picked up my vehicle, I had damage on the driver side door after sitting on their lot for 4 months on back-order parts. According to them it happened the night that it was dropped off which they are not responsible for because their cameras recordings don't go back 4 months ago like it's my problem. I have videos and pictures of my vehicle being unloaded off my personal trailer where clearly you can see no damages, hard to believe it happened in one night after sitting for 4 months. I don't know how anyone else feels about the sale of this dealership and the move south to their current location on Blackstone BUT what a disappointment it was this morning to wait while my vehicle was being serviced. To my surprise, I was expecting a facility as good as or better than their previous location and it was not! I love my Infiniti and am in the market for another vehicle soon but the location of this dealership was very unimpressive. Upon leaving, there was a homeless person and shopping cart at this dealership (that should tell you) the area they moved to in Fresno! My first visit to Fresno Infinity to have them re-program one of my key fobs... 5hrs later I am still sitting there. I was told the tech is having issues with the computer and still trying to reprogram the fob. The cost is going to be $250.00+. The service advisor definitely needs some people skills classes for sure! I asked to return my vehicle and I was advised that the vehicle does not start now and that the service tech had to clear both fobs to reprogram and unfortunately he is having issues doing so. The car needs to stay there because it doesn't start ARE YOU KIDDNG ME!!!! During my 5 hours stay (Now I am home without my car) I walked around the dealership all the offices are empty I saw 3 salespeople walking around looking at their phones there is only one service advisor ONLY ONE! And the place is as dead as a cemetery! No wonder they can't even re-program a fob that should take 15 min. I have a feeling they have maybe 1 or 2 Techs. HOW PATHETIC IS THAT! Won't be buying a new car at Fresno Infiniti. The whole service experience is worst than lining up for a Jiffy Lube. No one even there to sign me up for my service appointment. Waited and nothing! If I wanted this I wouldn't buy a luxury car. I guess Lexus or Acura will be my choice. I wouldn't call their seating a room, just a hallway with some chairs, unless you prefer outside by the noise and cold, rain or heat. I arrived to have my newly purchased QX80 serviced at Fresno Infiniti and I was promptly greeted by Ms. Sutton, the Service Adviser that expedited my service needs. I was there to have my vehicle totally inspected from tip to stern. Although the dealership was extremely busy, my ridiculous multi-point inspection was still completed in reasonable time. As the service was coming to a close, Ms. Sutton contacted me and kept me updated on the progress. Finally, once the service was concluded, she contacted me again to give me a summary of the service results and to offer me a car wash. Once I appeared at the service desk, Ms. Sutton went over the services provided and advised me of the need for any future services that may be of interest to me. I will NEVER buy another Infiniti again with Fresno Infiniti being the only dealer available for repairs. I lament going there for anything and try to avoid dealership at all costs. Every single time, it takes days before your vehicle is even looked at and apparently this is the "norm". My latest nightmare was three and a half weeks ago. I had my vehicle towed in and it was parked there over 1 week before they even had a chance to look at it. This should be your first warning about Infiniti. Apparently they only have two mechanics which doesn't sound like enough with Infiniti's poor reliability. After waiting 3 1/2 weeks for them to do the electrical repair which was an insurance claim, I received a call. Apparently they forgot to calculate the tax when they sent estimate to the adjuster. The vehicle is ready for pickup and they won't release to me until they get the $200 from Insurance company that they forgot to add. They contacted insurance company earlier this week and insurance company says it was already mailed. Apparently, that's not good enough for them until they squeeze the last $200 out of the insurance company and the check clears. Unbelievable, I'll be waiting another 3-4 days until they get the $200 so they can make payroll for everyone.This has to be one of the most exorbitant dealerships with labor rates of $175.00 per hour and absolutely no concern for customer service. read more

The last time my wife took the new 2022 infinity qx60 for a tune up, I had to get off work at 8am to go pick her up and take her home since the guy told my wife "we can not give you a Lyft or Uber because it's too expensive right now." Called in the morning if they could service my car for an oil change. I was scheduled an hour later since they had an opening that day. Upon entering the dealership i was not sure if the place was open since there was absolutely no one there greeting customers upon entering their establishment. I was able to get someone and hand over the keys to get my oil change done. They provide fast service and even give complimentary car wash which is a bonus. Overall had a good experience with them and would definitely get my car serviced their for other issues in the future. read more

I was told they were going to immediately rectify their error in which they placed the bank as my lien holder when I paid cash for the vehicle. It's been a month and nothing has been done. I am the registered and legal owner and they were so incompetent in their paperwork, that the bank owns my car. I had the dealership look at a seat belt that did not work. Ended up that the seat belt just needed cleaning. My wife and I were scouting out possible SUV'S. Saw a Mercedes ML 500 online at a good price, so we made the drive from Merced. We arrived at probably the hottest part of the day (or year) which was July of 2018. We easily found it and started checking it out. Sales guy came up and offered us waters which was nice. He was friendly and after 5 minutes we went out for a test drive. We both liked the car and went in to do the paperwork. They worked with us on everything and even lowered the price $1,800 so it would fit into our budget. They are quite possibly the best sales team I have ever purchased a vehicle from. This review is for the service department. Ive owned my infiniti for about 18 months and during that period I've the pleasure of being helped by Jonathon and Jolene in the service department. As the owner of a luxury vehicle, it comes with certain expectations and I feel that both of them have gone above and beyond not only getting to know me and who I am but making sure that I'm happy. I've always left them perfect reviews for the infiniti surveys, but today they really inspired me to give them the recognition they deserve. I had a flat tire on my q50 but being that I have a hard time getting myself in during the week for service because of the nature of my job. They took my car l, gave me a loaner and made sure I was able to make it into work on time at a moments notice. As someone who is limited on being able to be without a vehicle this helped me out tremendously and it's really why it's worth while to get a luxury car because I have yet to have this experience at regular dealerships. my wife found an SUV online at Fresno Infiniti that she wanted to buy; she called Ron and tried to purchase it over the phone, but they were unable to do that. She asked if they could hold it for her and they said no. I woke up early then next day, rented a car and drove down from San Jose (arranged to have the Fresno Inifinit sales person help me return it to the Fresno Airport). I test drove the car and said I would take it. I filled out the paperwork and the "GM" (Jordan) said he was just waiting for approval from the bank. I asked for a restaurant recommend and he obliged. I returned from lunch and Jordan informed me that he sold the car to someone else. He said he couldn't reach me. The hostess at the restaurant was nice enough to charge my phone for me. My wife and I went to Fresno Infiniti and we were overwhelmed with the service we received. We really were just going in to test drive and possibly buy, but I had convinced myself that we would only get the best price over the internet. I couldn't have been more wrong. We left being really surprised, and with a brand new car. After visiting several other car dealers, purportedly "high end" dealers, that treated us like we were buying a used 1976 Pinto, it was refreshing to be treated with respect at Fresno Infiniti. I was prepared to be hard-sold, maybe even pressured, but that wasn't the case at all. Ron Papenhausen, Director of Internet Sales, was our point of contact and he really went the extra mile to earn our business. He was honest, respectful and made us feel like he was trying to make us happy, not just sell us a vehicle. He is a true professional who takes a lot of personal pride in what he does. I can't speak to the service department, as this is our first Infiniti, however, the sales and finance portion of this dealership is top notch. And I am also going to take the opportunity to speak about how impressed we are with the Infiniti brand. There are really only 2 steps to buying a car: Go to Fresno Infiniti, ask for Ron. I didn't think I could afford an Infiniti so I stopped at Lithia Mazda and Clawson Honda, checking out the Mazda 6 and Honda Accord. After spending hours at each dealership getting my time wasted with typical car salesman tactics, I was ready to give up. I gathered up my last bit of patience and did as a friend recommended: I went to Fresno Infiniti and asked for Ron. Within a couple hours I was driving off the lot in my Infiniti. For just a few dollars a month more than a mid level Mazda 6 or Honda Accord that didn't do much, I had a certified pre-owned Infiniti G37 that was loaded with options (navigation, Bluetooth, premium bose sound system, leather power seats, the car remembers the seat and mirror positions for each driver, the list goes on and on). It had very low miles, it looked, drove and even smelled brand new, and it came with a much better warranty than either of the other cars. I kept trying to convince myself I liked the 6 and the Accord but I couldn't do it, especially after driving the Infiniti. Even the features that the 6 and Accord could match in a similar price range weren't as good as in the Infiniti. The 6 had a Bose sound system but the sound wasn't clean. They all had rear AC vents, but the 6 and Accord blew as hard as an asthmatic blowing through a straw, while the Infiniti pushed so much air the back seat gets frigid. And both front and rear AC will get you plenty cold on the hottest day, unlike the Accord and the 6. And neither could even come close to the 328 horsepower the Infiniti puts out. The 6 and Accord are cars you settle for. The Infiniti is a car you fall in love with. It is a great car to fit the family and it's still exciting to drive. It's clearly in a different class than its similarly priced rivals. And the experience of buying the car was as incredible as the car itself. Instead of trying to push me into the most expensive thing on the lot, Ron asked what I was looking for. I told him the features I wanted and that budget was a concern. He directed me toward the cars that had what I wanted and fell within my budget. Imagine that. He didn't try to shove me into something he wanted me to get; he led me toward the cars that I would want. Before the test drive Ron went over a few key features he knew I would be interested in, as opposed to the other dealerships where I had to sit through a seminar on every tiny thing the car did that they thought was important. Ron knew every detail about the car and was able to answer every question I had, whereas the other salespeople I dealt with had to consult with something or someone to find the answer. Ron respected the value of my time and was straight with me about the price. He told me what it was, how much below the Kelley Blue Book value that was and then gave me some time to think it over. I used that time to check the Blue Book value and it was exactly what he said. The other dealerships tried to play number games, and the Honda dealership wouldn't even talk about the price; they would only discuss monthly payments. A few days after the purchase, Ron even called to see how everything was going with the car and if I had any questions. I have also called him several times with questions about the car. He has given me just as much time and attention as he did when I was looking to buy the car, and again, has been able to walk me through everything without having to look it up. He said he comes with the car and is there to help me whenever I need, and he has proven that. I never knew buying a car could be like this. took my car in for service and we had requested a loaner beforehand , when we get to the appointment we are told they don't have a loaner. They could have called or emailed to let us know . it was a complete waste of time and I had taken a day off from work for that. My biggest issue is the attitude of the people wo work there .
