I let her know that I couldn't & that I was coming directly from work. She said that was fine. Well, I guess it wasn't. I could tell that I was running late & I called from the car to let them know, but no one answered. I arrived 5 minutes after my appointment time, and the door was locked. I called, I texted, I called some more. Nothing. I even wrote an email. No response from the business. Part of me was hoping that maybe I was the only appointment of the day at that Sara was also running late. After sitting outside for 20 minutes, a cancellation notification pop into my inbox. So I guess that's the level of customer service you get from this place. I can't even rate their services, but the experience was terrible and I won't ever try to book here again. Note to whoever at MSM -- if you don't want people booking certain times slots, don't make them available to book!
