My organization holds affairs all over Brooklyn, including an annual gala at Giando's. After many years of bouncing around with different florists we settled on Madison Florist last year. We will never use anyone else again! They are true professionals. We have ordered a wide variety of arrangements (centerpieces, bouquets, cocktail table settings, etc.) and they never disappoint, either in quality of flowers or reliability of service. It's a pleasure to deal with Robert (ask for him! His last name is Agge). He makes sure that there is at least one part of planning a large affair that is low stress. We live one block away from the store. My farther that is 88 year old went there to buy flowers for my birthday. He can only speak Russian, so I assume that there was not much communication when he was buying flowers. The flowers that he brought home died in two days. When he brought them the half of them was rotten and bad. They put most bad flowers inside the bouquet so they wouldn't be visible. This is how these people take advantages of the customers that can't speak English. We live in very diverse neighborhood and I will never recommend this store to my neighbors. I would have given them one star but my bridal bouquet actually was pretty nice. In terms of professionalism, I give them zero stars. Now for the back story, the whole process was disconcerting....Upon giving Robert my deposit we scheduled an appointment to to view a sample centerpiece 2 weeks later. Unfortunately, when I showed up for my scheduled appointment Robert was completely bewildered and stated "Were you supposed to come in at this time?" After waiting 30 awkward minutes (during which Robert was extremely rude to a customer who called in and hung up on said customer several times) and stepping outside, I came back to a subpar centerpiece. Things were rushed and it was definitely reflected in the centerpiece. Naturally I requested another sample to be viewed the next week. At the second meeting the sample was a bit better but I still requested changes. In addition to the centerpiece, we had discussed all of my other needs (larger bride and groom's table centerpiece, corsages, boutonnieres, throw-away bouquet, etc.)...as we did at both of our prior meetings. In the days leading up to the wedding I had an increase in guests so I needed to order more centerpieces, however after calling for 3 days I just showed up because Robert did not return my phone calls an no one else would help me. Now enter the big day.....the centerpiece for the bride and groom's table was the same exact size as every other table's centerpiece. To add to to that they were markedly different from the sample centerpiece I approved and the pictures attached to my contract. Yes the centerpieces were okay....but for the amount of money that I paid for these flowers I would have expected to get exactly what I asked for, not something in the ball park. Furthermore the throw-away bouquet I discussed with Robert several times, and that was included in the original contract, was NOT delivered. However in the hectic nature of any wedding day, I did not notice the missing bouquet until it was time to toss the bouquet. It was such a disaster, my photographer begged me not to throw my actual bouquet because she still needed it for pictures. When I called Robert the next day I distinctly stated that I was only calling to provide some feedback. I mentioned my concerns and he was EXTREMELY DEFENSIVE. He insisted that my final contract did not include a throwaway bouquet. When I mentioned that my original contract did indeed include it he stated that "sometimes brides change their minds." Not only was that insulting, but it was absurd to suggest that I called and asked it to be removed. So why would I have such an issue after the fact???? When I asked him about the larger bride and groom's table centerpiece that was supposed to be provided he said he would follow up with his boss and get back to me. Needless to say I am still waiting for that phone call. Overall, I would NOT recommend this florist. For the amount of money they charge at least go somewhere where they remember your appointments, attempt to rectify mistakes, are not rude to paying customers, and do not remove things from your contract without your knowledge. read more

Being that i am not too good with flowers, Billy helped recommend flowers for the arrangements taking the time even though the phone was constantly ringing and new orders were coming in. Very rare to see that kind of service taken out for a customer on a holiday when everyone is usually going ape shit. The absolute worst customer service! Ordered a dozen roses or my wife for our anniversary. They decided to call HER cell to confirm she was home before the delivery. When she seemed confused (order was to be delivered to our home where there was someone waiting for them) the caller was rude and made her feel stupid for not knowing about the flowers (not to mention ruined the surprise). I received a Valentine's Day arrangement at my workplace yesterday 02/13 at 4:00pm. When I received it, I noticed that the roses on the arrangement were already wilted and browned on the petals. This was somewhat disappointing, of course; however, when I came into work this morning 02/14 at 9:30am, I noticed that the orchids in the arrangement had already been dropping their buds (a sign that the flowers are going to die fairly soon), and the roses looked even sadder and half dead. This is after having the flowers for less than 24 hours! I'll be lucky if the flowers last until tomorrow morning, in which case I was able to "enjoy" my Valentine's Day gift for maybe 48 hours, if I'm lucky. What does this say about the quality of flowers from this vendor? I cannot begin to convey how disappointed I am, and I have received bouquets from other florists in the past. My recommendation is to avoid Madison Ave Florist as they will surely disappoint on your important day. I will never order flowers from here again, and I will ensure that my partner does not ever use their services. There are PLENTY of other florists in New York City that have not so severely disappointed their customers. I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

They were the my wedding florist. Two stars for the aesthetic value of the final flower arrangements -all our guests were quite impressed with our flowers, but the groom and myself (bride) know better... Minus one star - the sales manager rarely return our phone calls on time (within two days if we're lucky). He is usually distracted when we are talking to him and always forget what he had promised during our previous phone conversations. Minus one star - for putting flowers that I had SPECIFICALLY asked NOT to put into the arrangements. (I actually gave them a list of flowers I dislike.) Minus one star - for NOT putting in flowers that I had REQUESTED. Granted no one can guarantee that certain flowers will be available if they are just coming into season, but I saw the same flowers I requested all over town in other flower shops. So why weren't they in my arrangements? Minus one star - for basically being irresponsible. I called them on my wedding day to complain that the flower arrangements were not what we wanted. I was referred to this florist by Giando on the Water restaurant for my wedding. LOVE THEM. Communication was easy, no hassle getting exactly what I wanted. They made great suggestions and worked within our budget. They arrived at the venue, set everything up, delivered my bouquet etc with no problems. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. In my original review, I was torn between 3 and 4 stars and gave 4 - but I feel I need to revise to 3 stars. I just got my wedding photos and saw the floral arrangement for the card table for the first time (which I didn't see the day of the wedding), and I found it shocking how sad it looked considering the price we paid for it. Just a skinny vase with some branches and flowers, not even remotely lush and not a great first impression for guests at the venue entrance. The good thing is that this was only a minor piece of the puzzle with regards to floral. The most important part - the centerpieces for the reception - were truly gorgeous and also reasonably priced. My husband ordered flowers from Madison flowers for Valentines day. They were to be delivered to my office in TriBeCa and never ended up being delivered. I called them today to find out what happened and Robert (who answered the phone) told me that yesterday was a really busy day, and that he was sorry the order never got out. No apologies, just sorry - Valentines is busy and with the traffic sometimes it's hard. My husband orderd a $100+ bouquet. I told him to cancel the order and refund our card. I used Madison Florist for my October wedding at the suggestion of the wedding hall, The Venetian Yacht Club in Babylon. Madison is apparently known for creating exquisite, unique floral arrangements. I want everyone to know that wedding guests STILL talk about the gorgeous floral arrangements!!!! Our photographer, who has seen thousands of arrangements in her carrer was very impressed by the beauty of all of our floral pieces. Everything was absolutely gorgeous, and very classy looking!!! They looked like the expensive arrangements shown in Bridal magazines!!! Starting with my bridal bouquet --I was very specific with the color I desired. I wanted fall colors (and specified no peach flowers), and wanted berries to be included. The arrangement was mostly red, orange, and yellow, and consisted of roses, cala lilies, and the berries. The end product was beautiful!!! All of the men had cala lily boutoniers which looked very handsome and sophisticated --the groom's lily was white, and the groom's men wore orange (to match the maid of honor and the bride's maids' floral arrangements). The bride's maids (who wore garnet red) had floral arrangements that were orange roses with red tip, called "clown roses" along with the same red berries I had in my bridal arrangements --so beautiful!!! The older flower girl (3 years old) had a very beautiful satin basket made filled with roses. Our younger flower girl (almost 1 year old) had a baby's breath wreath/garland created for her to wear on her head. She looked like an angel, with her chubby cheeks and wearing the wreath! The church arrangements were half arrangements (which we then brought to the hall to place in front of the bridal table) but were made with studding branches, roses, berries, and hydrangea. The church pews were decorated with tulle and flowers --so elegant, and beautiful. My wedding photographers captured them in many of the church pictures. My wedding cake was decorated with the orange red-tipped roses (the clown roses) --roses on top with an "S" design cascading down the layers of cake. Very beautiful. They matched the design shown on a picture I provided them. Plenty of rose petals were provided, which were placed around the cake, and on the tables around my table floral arrangments. The table floral arrangements were stunning!!! They were mostly made with roses, berries, hydrangea. They were placed on tall spiral stands that held votive candles. By being on tall stands, the incredibly beautiful flowers could be seen from afar. I cannot say enough about the arrangments --OUTSTANDING JOB!!!! So many guests told us they were impressed!!! It reinforced for us that we had truly made the right choice!!! We had seen mock arrangments made at an appointment before our wedding, which was great because it ensured that there were no misunderstandings. As for the contracts, we did correct and rearrange the agreement, but that is true of all agreements, especially wedding agreements. The bride and groom need to be vigilant of carefully reading all versions on agreements with every single vendor. I had to correct virtually every vendor I used, but none of them, especially Madison, ever gave me a hard time about correcting it. There is too much spoken at appointments, there are lots of details, and the couple should scrutinize the agreements, because no one (not even a wedding coordinator, which I had) can possibly catch every single detail during the preliminary contracts. That being said, Madison was fantastic on my wedding day, which is the day that counts the most!!!! I am so glad that we have lots of photographs so that we may continue to admire the great work. The fact that guests still talk about the floral arrangements says a lot!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Madison. Madison added a huge "wow" factor to my wedding!!! Mar. 12, 2010- My initial meeting, I was very happy with how the meeting went, and felt very comfortable with Billy. Mar. 18, 2010- My 2nd meeting with Billy (where he would show me samples and I give the deposit), was scheduled to occur, but when I arrived to the office, no one was there. I called the office, who told me to call Billy (who's mailbox was full), and Billy said his secretary made a mistake with putting down phone numbers and that another Jennifer had called to cancel the appointment and he thought it was me. This is a big inconvenience as I don't live close to the office and went out of my way to get there, but I think, mistakes happen - I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Mar. 19, 2010- My 2nd meeting with Billy occurs, and he assures me that he will "take care of me". So I ask for a few more items to be included in the final bill. He also mentions a $50 charge for just meeting with me, which I don't remember from last time, but it sounds legit, so I'm ok with it. Billy writes these items down and says he'll send me a final contract via email over the weekend. I go ahead and email him all of the details we discussed so that he has something to go by when he puts the contract together. Mar. 24, 2010- I realize that my contract hasn't come yet, so I try to call Billy. His voicemail is full. I also call Madison Florist, voicemail. Mar. 28, 2010- I email Madison Florist because I haven't heard back still. Mar. 29, 2010- I get an email back from Madison Florist letting me know that Billy was in a bad car accident. I express concern, and say that no problem, he can take whatever time he needs to heal. Billy calls me himself and I speak with him briefly and he says he'll get it out soon, but I say "take your time, it's ok - heal!" something like that. Apr. 17, 2010- It's a month away from my wedding and still no contract, so I send an email with the requested additional items again. Apr. 19, 2010- A contract comes out - it is missing the 3 corsages for the moms, 3 boutonnnieres for the dads, 3 bouquets to give to parents and the suggested drop off times i had included in my email. The administrator resends. It is now missing the 5 groomsman boutonnieres. He resends again and it is finally correct. around May 17, 2010 - I ask my wedding coordinator to call and confirm the times. May 19, 2010 - My wedding coordinator says that Billy says there's only one drop off- she asks me to confirm the times with him, so I do. He asks if he can call me he next day to again confirm (I'm not sure why) - at 2:00pm, so I say fine. May 20, 2010 - He does not call me 2:00pm. I call him at 4:30pm and he says he's coming back from another gig, can he call me again May 21 (the day of my wedding). I say I will probably be busy. He says ok I'll call your coordinator. May 21, 2010 - He calls me while I'm at the salon getting my nails done. I confirm the 1:00pm 1st drop off. At 1:00pm he arrives at my apartment with the bridal bouquets but no boutonnieres. He says "Oh the contract doesn't say you wanted groomsman boutonnieres" and waves an OLD copy of the contract at me. I'm now not sure why I even went to the trouble to put the contract together. Then he says "never mind, I can get it done - you will have boutonnieres at the church" (which is after we're taking pictures in the park, but oh well). Then he asks for the final payment, and I tell him that I gave it to my coordinator to give at the church (after he finishes the job). He says something like "Oh but we have another job to do so we need to set up early- never mind I'll call your coordinator." At 4:00pm we show up to the church (after we took pictures) and my coordinator says - "Billy sent his nephew at 2:30pm - I was still at work, and were there supposed to be corsages for the moms?" And I say yes... and sigh. So we didn't have real corsages for the moms. And there were no petals on the runner. (as listed in the contract) I also neglected to mention that the 3 "bouquets for the parents" - he gave me three large glass bowls filled with white flower looking things - the water was dirty in bowls and looked like they'd been sitting around at someone else's event and he plucked them off to give to me. The bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquet were beautiful... that was pretty much to only positive to this entire experience. I will not recommend this florist to anyone else. read more

I went through FTD an ordered a 110.00 arrangement for my wife on valentines day. Let's say I could of gotten a nicer arrangement from the ladies who sell flowers out of shopping carts. Very little flowers and some were dead. I called the florist the woman who answered was very nice and helpful and I sent her a picture of the flowers and she said it was a mistake on their behalf and arrange for pick up and deliver of new arrangement. At 7:30 am my arrangement was delivered and though the flowers were alive it looked like a 30 piece. Never again will I do business with FTD or Madison florist and I hope you all take my advice if they couldn't get a $100.00 bouquet right do really think they can get a wedding arrangement right. The arrangement I ordered was exquisite option , the good option on the sight looked better than the crap they sent my wife. If they can't handle the pressure of Valentines Day they shouldn't be in business. Flowers supposed to be a message to the person how much you care for them this message was like telling my wife to go to hell. Please DO NOT order flowers from this place (UNLESS YOU'RE GETTING MARRIED AT "giandos" APPARENTLY), especially if you are trying to be romantic and surprise someone. I received a call from this business at 11am or 12pm on this day, the man informed me that he is the local florist has flowers there to be delivered to me, I was taken a back a bit, because I've received flowers before and never got a call to inform me of them being on their way, plus I was wondering who could possibly be sending them... I put together that it was most likely my hubby sending them. We just been through some serious family problems so this gesture made sense to me and I was so touched that he thought to do this for me however, I'm so disappointed in the florist for a few reasons: 1) You took the WHOOOLE wow factor and surprise sentiment away from the situation when you called to inform me of the flowers coming. you knew you were delivering to a business, you were knowledgable of my business' name and you know business hours are usually from 9-5 or 8:30 - 4, so what's so difficult about delivering within a decent time frame of those working hours. I expected these flowers all day and they didn't show! .... 4:20pm rolled around for various reasons I felt i wanted to leave work early, I called the florist to ask them about their refund policy and if they could return the money to whomever purchased flowers to be delivered to me because I felt so bad about it, I called my hubby and asked him if it was him and low and behold it was him (sweet self!). I had to tell him the whole story and he was pretty disappointed himself. His plan wasn't executed as planned; for this I feel so bad for him. Can you imagine trying to do something special for your loved one and reaching out to a florist to help them assist you in getting your kind point across, only to have the florist screw it up for you? Why deliver flowers at 4:40PM?? If they hadn't called me earlier in the day to inform me of the flowers coming, they would have missed me. I visited this establishment looking for autumn wedding floral centerpieces for a fall affair. This location is owned by a Rude obnoxious condescending individual with no manners. They make you promises they cannot keep. They do not have the knowledge or the proper team to deliver what you ask for. Lack of professionalism. Very antiquated set in their old ways afraid to execute new ideas. Quick to lure you in with empty promises. He continued to reschedule and cancel appointments because he wasn't prepare for our meetings. I was spoken to like garbage. Treated like I was an uneducated person expecting a handout. I was told I have champagne taste with beer money. When a budget was never discussed prior to this horrible confrontation by the owner. I was verbally abused by the owner because I disliked a sample arrangement that consisted of a couple of tropical flowers and an abundance of greenery. The logistics the day-of were very challenging due to the Brooklyn Marathon, but Madison made it on time. Someone ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day. I received a call from Madison Flowers at 8:30pm on Valentine's, but I missed the call because I was at dinner. They left a very hard to hear voicemail, and it took me three tries to call them back, because they didn't say the phone number or name of the florists clearly enough to hear. When I called them back the next morning, an employee told me they would definitely be delivered between 2:00-3:00pm, but that I had to be there to receive them. I waited around until 6:00pm, when I finally tried calling back. I was on hold for 20 minutes while they tried to sort out the situation, at which point I was told there was "no way someone could have told [me] that they were coming that day" because their computers had been broken and they weren't able to make any deliveries at all. When they finally did arrive the following day, they still delivered them 30 minutes after they said they would, and the flowers started drooping and dying within 12 hours. read more

Madison florist did the flowers for my wedding and reception. Since it was in a private club and not a church, they arranged a beautiful arrangement to simulate an alter and placed rose petals on a silk runner for the ceremony. The bouquets were gorgeous peonies, and the men's' boutonniere's were tiny lilies, all fresh a bright .The table arrangements were lovely, and they moved the "alter" flowers and used them as an anchor for the stage. I used Madison Florist in Brooklyn for my flowers for my wedding day in September of 2012. I worked with Robert and he and his team did a wonderful job on my table arrangements and my bouquet. I also asked the morning of my wedding if they would be able to decorate my gazebo for the ceremony. Without hesitation they said YES. They were able to decorate the gazebo for my ceremony at the last minute with the same color scheme and flowers used for my wedding. Robert was very nice and enthusiastic about making my perfect and special. He was able to provide insight on flowers that I had selected that would have wilted in the hot and humid NYC weather which enabled me to select better flowers to suit my needs. Not only did I use Madison Florist for my wedding, I have used them to purchase regular arrangements for special occasions. My advice to brides is to have photos of what you are envisioning and the types of flowers you would like to use. Select flowers that are in season this will help keep cost down. read more

All in all, I have to say I'm a little surprised by all of the negative comments. I was referred to this florist by my wedding venue, When I went I knew to a T exactly what I wanted, I had a list of exactly what flowers in the centerpieces, the card table, my bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquet, boutonnieres, everything. I had originally given my deposit close to 8 months before my wedding. On my deposit again as meticulous as I am, listed everything! No Problems, I came a few months before my wedding was shown a sample of my centerpiece, and of my bouquet. Not for nothing, It was awful. We stayed for over an hour or so switching the flowers out (that were not listed on proposal) and putting in the ones that were. Finally it comes close to what I was looking for, he named a few other flowers that at that time of year would be in season and would work. I came back to the store 09/20. (I was getting married 10/1). Again for a trial centerpiece and trial bouquet. It was wrong again. I was floored, almost in tears, we spent another hour changing things and again finally it looks good again. I get an email (not a call) stating that the flower that I was basing my entire wedding on a blue thistle, since my bridesmaid dresses were blue, the email tells me 11 days before my wedding that the flower may not be available. The email also tells me that another plant that I wanted in my bouquet would definitely not be available. By the way this was a dried plant I'm still baffled by how this was not available. At this point I'm about to breakdown. I had more than words with more than a few people, and I was assured it would be taken care of. To the good part, my centerpiece could not have been more perfect, my card table piece exquisite, my bouquet (while still missing my dried flower that they could have gone to a craft store for $2 to purchase) was exactly what I wanted, My bridesmaids, One kept this bouquet and never even kept a flower from her own wedding, I was slightly disappointed in my boutonnieres, they wilted extremely quick most didn't even make it to the reception, But all in all If I didn't have to go through the paperwork hassle this would have been a 5 star review. But the quality of the flowers, the quantity of flowers, and sheer elegance that they pulled off truly took my breath away. I don't understand how soo many people have such terrible things to say! I didn't even show up for my wedding arrangement. I did everything via email/phone. I had the best flowers. All the staff was very nice and courteous. Couldn't complain there. My flowers even lasted days after my event in September of 2012! My bouquet was gorgeous. Robert from Madison Florist was recommended to me by my wedding venue Giando on the Water. I originally went to the Brooklyn office (bit of a hike from the Upper East Side) and met with Robert personally. He had many books of previous weddings to sift through. I was able to select two or three pictures that really caught my eye and he was able to start to build a story with me making tentative selections. I spoke with him over the phone to finalize the order selections then went back to the office with my mom to see a 'demo' of a table setting. They weren't exactly ready for me when I showed up for this appointment but were able to get things together pretty quickly. After seeing the demo I was convinced that I made the right choice. On the day of the wedding, everything went seamlessly. I had Robert's phone number ready but I never had to use it. By the time I arrived at the venue, Madison Florist had already dropped off the bouquets and were setting up the reception area. They also provided floral decor for the outdoor ceremony. His staff also on site immediately after the reception ended to break down the arrangements. I would definitely recommend Madison Florist to other DIY brides in the NYC area. read more

I used Madison florist for my wedding back in June and it was the best decision ever! Robert took great care of my husband and I throughout the entire process. He was always available via phone or email and made communication easy and comfortable. After I explained to him what I wanted for the wedding he was honest and said at that time of year peonies flowers may not be in full bloom... The day of the wedding I was so surprised to see pink peonies in my centerpieces! It truly touched my heart that he remembered and added those in and without an extra charge. Ordered for a birthday and the flowers were never delivered. So Odd, but the reviews here are all the same for Madison Florists. He promised next day delivery instead because they effed up. The SECOND day of the same damn delivery he called in the morning because they ran out of materials to make the specific $237.00 arrangement I had originally ordered. He promised after 4:00 PM the next day and we've talked 3 separate timeson the phone and he's says the arrangement is STILL on the way. It is now 6:18 PM on May 14th, 2014 and the delivery has still not been delivered. Take your money elsewhere, trust me. He's nice but simply cannot meet deadlines at all. Madison Florist reviews suck for the most part. At this point, unless delivery takes place before 7 PM, I will be requesting a refund for non-delivery of flowers! He didn't have 100% of the flowers anyway. Do NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE! It's been 2 days and not a thing was delivered for $237.00! In no way, shape or form would I do business here again. Wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I placed the order. I'm not into cheap flowers either. Order from a real florist. 0 stars from me. And I'm not a brat. We used Madison Florist at the recommendation of my daughter's wedding venue. Robert was pleasant at first and then tried to rush all of our other appointments which in retrospect was only a reason to give him more of our cash balance. not to discuss her preferences for flowers. Our last appointment we were brought down an outside cement cellar staircase which was quite hazardous and we told Robert once again what we DID NOT want The flowers that arrived at the hotel for the bride and bridesmaids contained colors and flowers that were told NOT to be included. The candles at the reception were not set up as requested. The centerpieces were small and were dead by the next day. We spent a lot of money for a lot of mediocre flowers. Not at all pleased with Robert. Robert does whatever he wants and really does not listen to the brides requests. Sad damper on a perfect wedding day for my beautiful daughter! read more

this place is horrible. my gf ordered me flowers from here for valentines day. they came at 4:45 pm and the flowers were wilted and disgusting. she paid $150 and i did not receive half of the flowers that was stated. please dont waste your time or money ordering from here. it is a big rip off. i wish i could add a picture of this mess read more

I too am shocked at these reviews. I had Madison florist do the flowers at my wedding at Giando's on the Water last July and it turned out better than expected. The art of the centerpieces were very well thought out and the smaller centerpieces were exactly how I wanted them, simple, modern and fresh. When meeting with Robert, he was very cordial, he listened to what I wanted and he was very detailed. He even made sample centerpieces on the spot so I could see what they would look like. He respected my budget and worked with me to determine what was most important for me and made everything beautiful. The boutonnieres, corsages, bridesmaid bouquets, bridal bouquet, centerpieces, throw away bouquet and everything else were gorgeous. I would recommend them to anyone throwing a wedding party in the area. I even planned this wedding from California and had no problems getting a hold of Robert. He made me and my husband feel confident that the the flowers would turn our nicely and it came true. read more

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews for this company. I absolutely loved them and I would definitely use them again for any special occasion. I had my wedding back in October 2011. Robert helped us with what we wanted. He gave me everything I asked for and added even more spice to what I envisioned. He is super talented and couldn't thank him enough. He worked with our budget and made sure we had a show stopper for our wedding. All of my guests were raving about how beautiful the decor was. Our venue looked like a wedding that should have been on WE TV. And for the time of year I was very impressed with how the flowers looked because we picked exotic flowers that don't normally grow around that time of year. It was beautiful and he made our wedding look stunning. Not only do they specialize in flowers they also did my linens and chairs. I was very pleased. Thank you so much Robert and Staff.
