    I went yo Madison Honda this week just inquiring about a Used Honda Pilot EXL. I met the salesman named Chad. He was very friendly and and understanding. He worked every angle to make a deal that i can afford. After we agreed on a payment plan he introduced me to Ron who is in financing. Ron went the extra mile to help make this deal possible. I never had such a rewarding experience buying a car. They make you feel like part of their family. I highly recommend this dealer if you ever want to buy a car. You wont be disappointed!!!     Our experience with Chad Sanders at Madison Honda had to have been the most easy, less stressful, process I have ever experienced. This was our first time getting a car like this. We were used to the craigslist life and getting old cars from strangers on the streets. Chad was aware of our stresses and urgency of a car, especially since my husband was hurt from a car accident. I don't feel like he took advantage of our urgency by pushing cars on us. He knew we had a specific budget and was very straight forward if it would work or not. With my husband at home resting and me at work, he was nice enough to help us through this process by text. Very personal indeed but it helped us so much and helped make carefully thought out decisions since we were not under so much pressure in person. As we were submitting our info on the website, someone did call us and tried to take over and push push push a car on us. We were confused and instantly overwhelmed, not happy about this at all. We mentioned this to Chad, who was unaware of the situation and handled it. Moving forward we did not qualify for a lease but he didn't give up on us and found something, I feel was a better car and option down the line, which was to finance. It was a tiny bit over our budget but we could make it work, just like anything. The process was seamless and easy, and next thing you know the car was on our insurance already. We went there tested the car and signed papers and that was it! Literally drove off like, "wait, that's it? We have a car?" Hahaha. Chad you are the best! Very honest straight forward person that cared about us and I appreciate that so much. Thank you!!!

    Just bought a pre owned Acura RDX from Madison Honda. Chad Sanders was our salesperson. Chad is awesome on every level. I'd highly recommend working with him. With all car dealerships, I strongly suggest doing your homework on all of the fees above and beyond the mandatory sales tax and doc fees BEFORE the test drive.

He claimed the car could be made "certifiable" for $5,000. It wasn't my first time buying a car, so I walked out right away. We stopped by Route 22 Honda without an appointment and were greeted by Juan David. We asked if they had any 2023 CPO CR-V EX-Ls available. He let us know they only had one on the lot and offered to show it to us. Unfortunately, we didn't like the color combination. He then checked their database and other lots for inventory that matched our preferences. Juan brought over a senior sales manager, Gio, who confirmed they didn't have the year and spec we were looking for anywhere in their system. He suggested considering a new CR-V instead. While we weren't planning to buy new, we appreciated the suggestion and were open to the conversation. What stood out was that neither Gio nor Juan pressured us or tried to push a sale. They were transparent about the out-the-door pricing and gave us a clear breakdown of the costs; no games or endless "let me check with my manager" delays. In the end, we purchased a brand-new 2026 CR-V from them. The price was fair, but more importantly, we were well taken care of. One thing I didn't like, though it's more about the dealership than Juan or Gio, is that they charge a fee for using a credit card. Covering credit card processing fees is part of running a business, and they shouldn't be passing that cost on to customers

    Stay Far Away from This Used Car Dealer 4 day update…read moreI bought a used car from this dealer just days ago, and I'm already regretting it more than I can express. What started as what seemed like a decent deal quickly turned into a nightmare of hidden problems, price gouging, and shady practices. First, they upped the price by $5,000 right before closing the deal. They added thousands. I felt pressured and went through with it because I needed the car, it was 100 degrees and i was there for 5 hours but this was a huge red flag. Even worse, they hid significant damage to the vehicle. The car looked okay on the surface during the quick test drive, but once I got it home and had it properly inspected, it was clear they had concealed extremely poor repairs, and so many other issues. This wasn't normal wear and tear it was straight up deception. Just days after purchase, the car started overheating badly and now needs a new water pump (plus other cooling system work). A mechanic confirmed this should have been caught and disclosed during any "HONEST pre-sale inspection that I "had to pay for". Now I'm stuck with expensive repairs on a car I already overpaid for. On top of everything, I've learned about several illegal practices they appear to be running, things like misrepresented history, and financing tricks that just don't add up. I'm consulting a consumer protection attorney and will be filing complaints with the appropriate state agencies and the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. This dealer cannot be trusted. They hide problems, change prices at the last second, and sell vehicles that need immediate major repairs. Save yourself the stress, money, and headache. Avoid at all costs. I'll be updating this review as things progress with my case.
