After only 5 years a wall was buckling and that area of the floor was sinking. They quickly diagnosed that this was due to insufficient drainage. The recommendation was to rebuild the wall, add drainage and level the flooring. Other contractors wanted to basically rebuild the entire patio which would have been overkill. They right sized my project and priced their work fairly. My kitchen overlooks the area they were working. So throughout the day I could see their diligence and attention to detail. It was quite a task, especially the removal of the original adhesive but the were total pros.
