They had a pop-up tent set up and were selling cakes, cookies and other pre-made desserts. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the treats were all vegan friendly so I immediately became interested in the products they were selling. The owners were very sweet and answered all of my questions about what ingredients were in each item. They had raspberry cakes that looked super yummy and now I am regretting not grabbing one of those as well. They had peanut butter cookies and birthday cake cookies. They also had pre-made balls for healthy snacking. The "dirt balls have cocoa, coconut, peanuts and soy. The "tumbleweeds" have peanuts, soy and coconut. And the balls are soooooooo good! I knew thought I'd say that I love balls LOL The cookies are super fresh and moist. They were tasty!! My favorite cookie was the birthday cake cookie. And I preferred the "dirt ball" over the "tumbleweed" balls. But I think that it a preferential thing. Either way you can't go wrong with any of their bakery goodies. I can't wait to try more items they have. I will be stalking the farmers markets and the Magnolia Center Market place to see when they will be there again!
