Love me some crumbl!! it's always a fun treat and definitely satisfies my sweet tooth when craving it. I do remember the MINI cookies being a bit bigger before, so that surprised me a little this visit, and the last visit ... but I mean the flavors are still enjoyable. This Moreno Valley location is on the smaller side, so it can get crowded quickly, especially when there's a popular cookie of the week. Also would love to mention that a warmer greeting when walking in would also go a long way and really elevate the overall experience. Sometimes I feel unnoticed and no eye contact is given. Hopefully this improves. see you next time crumbl!

Place is semi clean. The lobby area was a little dirty. They dont acknowledge you when you walk in, and it took forever for me to pick-up a pick-up order. It was already ready, but because no one acknowledged me I just stood at the counter for like 5-8 minutes. There was plenty of workers, but everyone was just talking and prepping. My cookie tasted great though and was warm :)

Submitted my order to this location via app account around 12:30 to be picked up after 3:30... highly dissatisfied as I only ordered 6 cookies 4 semi sweet chocolate chip and 2 cookies and cream brownies. (The brownies are charged 1.50 extra) upon the arrival I was notified there was no brownies so was encouraged to pick a replacement. Not once was I notified via app that there was a need for substitution, an extra cookie for the inconvenience or anything. I believe there was plenty of time to communicate and just even offer something for that inconvenience. I'll just continue to go to riverside or chino location as there service was also not the most welcoming.

Employees were having personal conversations across the store and actively on their cellphones. Also no hairnets on anyone. Maybe that shouldn't bother me but they mix the cookies in house I thought. And when I asked if they had an alternative to transporting the cookies in the cups they said no and then walked away and laughed. Maybe I'm an idiot for assuming something given in a box should be able to close? The cookies do look decent so that's the reason for more than one star. The construction taking up half the entrance was also pretty off putting to walk into. Sucks the quality in service has gone down so significantly at this location.

Everything about my experience was amazing keep up tge great work! I was acknowledged and received GREAT service. This is how good customer service looks like very happy and very pleased.

Every time I come here I experience the best service and the best cookies !! I appreciate the staff and the way they prioritize their customer and cater towards their needs. I was excited that this location was one of the few that was able to test the dubai cookie!!! They were sold out and I was so sad but the employees made sure I got my hands on them. 10/10

Came here for the first time and ordered a 6 mini cookie box and dirty soda. The service was quick to get our cookies and soda and the cookies were good and perfect size to try the flavors. Only thing i wouldn't get again was the soda. It didn't really taste any different than regular dr.pepper. read more

Mom mom mom delicious everyday! If my body could handle a cookie here once a day let's go! Sweet staff and sweet cookies. Less than $6 a cookie and every ooey gooey yumminess is so worth it! No searing inside or out so it is definitely a to go option only. Catered 2 dozen for my kiddos b day it was a hit to mix and match. Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever.
