(The brownies are charged 1.50 extra) upon the arrival I was notified there was no brownies so was encouraged to pick a replacement. Not once was I notified via app that there was a need for substitution, an extra cookie for the inconvenience or anything. I believe there was plenty of time to communicate and just even offer something for that inconvenience. I'll just continue to go to riverside or chino location as there service was also not the most welcoming.

Everything about my experience was amazing keep up tge great work! I was acknowledged and received GREAT service. This is how good customer service looks like very happy and very pleased.

Every time I come here I experience the best service and the best cookies !! I appreciate the staff and the way they prioritize their customer and cater towards their needs. Love me some crumbl!! it's always a fun treat and definitely satisfies my sweet tooth when craving it. I do remember the MINI cookies being a bit bigger before, so that surprised me a little this visit, and the last visit ... but I mean the flavors are still enjoyable. This Moreno Valley location is on the smaller side, so it can get crowded quickly, especially when there's a popular cookie of the week. Also would love to mention that a warmer greeting when walking in would also go a long way and really elevate the overall experience. Sometimes I feel unnoticed and no eye contact is given. Mom mom mom delicious everyday! If my body could handle a cookie here once a day let's go! Sweet staff and sweet cookies. Less than $6 a cookie and every ooey gooey yumminess is so worth it! No searing inside or out so it is definitely a to go option only. Catered 2 dozen for my kiddos b day it was a hit to mix and match. Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. I was pleasantly surprised when driving by the area that there was a highly rated boba place I hadn't been to before. When I walked in, I was surprised by how busy it was. There was a line for the kiosk and after I ordered my drinks, the line was consistently to the door. There was a very wide selection of drinks to choose from and I appreciate them having unique flavors and twists to drink. I was contemplating between a matcha einspanner and the oksusu (corn) matcha latte. When I asked if there was a way to mix the two, Taylor was super friendly and helpful to explain how each drink was made and differed from one another and then took the time to give me options on how I could change up my drink. I ended up going with the oksusu matcha latte because the Korean in me loves corn drinks but Taylor had the barista add a rim of matcha syrup that you typically get in the einspanner. I loved the oksusu flavored foam with the little crunchy puffs. The matcha flavor was a little lighter than I typically like but still props for the unique take. My hubby got the Hokkaido milk tea. It was definitely a very sweet drink with a caramel like syrup in it which is different than how we've had Hokkaido milk tea at other boba places. If you aren't into super sweet drinks, I would recommend going lighter on the sweet level. You order through the two available kiosks here. I noticed there wasn't up to date menus on Yelp photos so I will upload the different drink options I saw through the kiosk!
