My trainer Austin is excellent to work with and is helping me achieve my goals. I've lost almost 15 lbs in 5 months and my body composition has dramatically changed. His workouts are effective and challenging. He pushes me on the weight but I need that push. Austin helps me understand the "why" behind the exercise which I appreciate. I have prior injuries but have had zero issue with inflammation or pain which speaks very highly of his expertise. Another plus is that he is a boxer so I added boxing to my sessions for cardio.
