My mother and I went in for a tattoo together for my birthday and he tried changing the day to get our tattoo two days before the scheduled date so he could go camping, which has been planned MONTHS ahead of time. Basically, if he asks to change time, just do it, then you'll probably have a great experience. I have never seen somebody act so unprofessional and irritated. We will never go again.

Since microdermals are now illegal to put in (they're defined a surgical procedure), most shops just won't deal with them at all. This place removed mine for free. Note: I sincerely hope you already know this, but yes. You tip on a free procedure.
