The food was really good. It's loud inside, so I think outside would be better if noise bothers you.

I have never had a bad meal ever , the wine list is on point, because obviously the owner knows his Menu and pairs it. Looking forward to getting my taste buds lit Soon! Thank you for staying in the community after the Fire . You did a fantastic job with the new look !5star

I've been to Pellegrini's Italian several times over the last few months, and its my favorite…read moreItalian restaurant in Greeley. The food and service are consistently very good, especially for the price. The fresh pastas are the highlight, and I really like that you can create your own entrée by choosing the pasta, sauce, and proteins or vegetables. On our most recent visit, we started with the burrata appetizer with ham and pistachios, which was excellent. I had the paccheri pasta with a meatball and sausage. The pasta itself was great, though I did not care for the texture of the sausage link, which was too firm for my taste. The desserts were excellent. A nice bonus was that bottles of wine were half off on Wednesdays, and we enjoyed a very good Nero d'Avola for $25. Service was responsive, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. The dining room is gorgeous, though I really do not like the chairs. They are small, wooden, uncushioned, and uncomfortable. Overall, despite the chairs and the sausage, this is an outstanding place for a meal.

This was once a place I regularly recommended, which makes its recent decline particularly…read moredisappointing. While the specials remain one of the few bright spots, the broader experience is less than impressive. The kitchen was notably slow, the pizza arrived with a burnt bottom crust, and service is inconsistent. Most concerning is management's response to a routine question regarding a service charge... rather than addressing it professionally, the matter was handled with unnecessary hostility and followed by an inappropriate private message. A restaurant's leadership sets the tone for the entire operation, and based on recent experiences, that tone appears to be contributing to the establishment's downward trajectory. I hope they are able to make meaningful changes. Update: After posting this review, the owner texted me: 'Don't EVER come here again. You are not allowed and police will be called. Have the day you deserve.' Screenshots retained. Readers can draw their own conclusions regarding professionalism

Sadly will no longer be giving Romas any of our business…read more We called to ask about their menus and order a few pizzas for delivery. They dont deliver and use door dash which is fine. So we spent the time to order online and got it done , paid and confirmed. 30 min later @ the delivery time we were notified that Romas cancelled our order because they were too busy. Now, I'm not sure why they didn't tell us on the phone that they couldn't take our order and why it was confirmed and then canceled. We had a house full of family doing a move into a new house. Waited the 30 min and have no food . Unfortunately, business that have no concern for their paying customers.... I won't support. There are a lot of other great place for good food and good customer service.

We went to Biaggi's in Loveland for Mother's Day. We made reservations in advance for lunch…read more We arrived about 10 minutes early for our reservation. There was a long line of people waiting to check in and a several groups sitting and standing around waiting to be seated. There were five girls congregating around the host station. The tables were 90% vacant and ready for diners......yet it took over 20 minutes past our reservation time to get seated, for a reserved table. The line to be seated kept getting longer and none of the hostesses seemed to be able to figure out how to actually get people seated. Once we were finally seated we put in our drink order. It took 20+ minutes to get the drinks, and only a part of the order was brought out. It took another 15 minutes for the rest of the drinks to come to the table. (None of the drinks were complicated or contained alcohol, it was all Sodas, Waters, and Lemonade). We ordered our entrees, and then we waited, and waited, and waited. 35 minutes after ordering and still no food. I had to leave the table and track down our waiter. The manager happened to be standing nearby, he apologized, and said our food would be right out. 20 minutes later we finally got the food. And three of the dishes were wrong. (like the completely WRONG item) Including one of this kids meals for a toddler who was at this point nearly feral with hunger. They remade the Toddler meal, and it came out 25 minutes later and was burned. We basically at this point had made him a plate from everyone else's dishes. One of the mistake dishes had shrimp in it and they smelled awful. They did take the messed up meals off the bill. We have been to Biaggi's a lot in the past as it is a good halfway point for our family that live both in Denver and Fort Collins, but we are going to find a new mid point because this was a very lack luster experience.
