His drone was able to even see roof issues the construction manager didn't have visibility to! For the final inspection, he delivered an incredibly detailed 75-page report that covered everything from major construction items down to a crack in the road leading to my driveway. While the report was comprehensive, he also took the time to clearly summarize the most important issues that should be addressed before closing, which made the process much less overwhelming. One of the things I appreciated most was his flexibility. New construction schedules are constantly changing, and he was able to accommodate shifting inspection dates both times. He also followed up with phone calls after each inspection to answer any questions and ensure I fully understood his findings. When you're making one of the largest purchases of your life, having someone inspect every inch of the home--including areas and systems you know nothing about--is worth every penny. Despite paying for a professional inspection, they failed to detect toxic mold in multiple areas of the house during my inspection window. This oversight ended up costing me tens of thousands of dollars in remediation and repairs. Beyond that, their communication was poor--delayed responses, difficult to reach, and overall unprofessional. Even after I brought the issue to their attention, they refused to take responsibility and wouldn't even refund the cost of their failed inspection. A company that does not own its mistakes and lacks integrity should not be trusted with something as serious as mold testing.
