My time with these people would get a zero if it wasn't for Laura. She was great! Professional and courteous. Her coworker, on the other hand, a taller man of the "African" persuasion was the exact opposite. If I knew his name I'd include it. My wife and I came to get an estimate for a collision for my insurance company and this man was rude, unprofessional and didn't smell the greatest. He dismissive of my wife's questions and had a terrible attitude. The visit was less than 30mins and we couldn't get out of there fast enough. And then my repair was finished EARLY. They even repaired a big scrape I had on my car from forever ago when I was still learning how to drive. I was referred to Fix Auto when the car wash & detail center I had taken my car to accidentally got crazy glue on the bumper of my 2013 Acura RDX. I worked closely with Marc to set up a time to bring the car in, and with Lalo to get the work done. Unfortunately, the entire bumper had to be repainted, but these guys made it SO quick and easy for me. My car was brought here because I was in an accident in the area, they work with my insurance company, and my regular auto repair shop was closed. The tow got me there around 1-2pm on Monday and I got an email with my estimate at 5:01pm after they close on Tuesday. I'm irritated that there was no phone call to discuss the repairs since the accident happened under mysterious circumstances. I responded to the email with questions and received no response, so I called in and Robert was immediately accusatory and patronizing. He was difficult to talk with, interrupted and talked over me, and not at all helpful with my questions and concerns. Side by side comparison of the rear bumper they replaced September 2019 (bottom). It was the wrong finish but they never took accountability for their mistake ordering the wrong color. "ItS gOnNa cHaNgE cOlOr wItH tHe SuN eXpOsUrE aNd wEaThEr" said one of the guys. Well here it is June 2020, still not the same finish as my original bumper.
