We had a terrible experience here! There is no privacy, the curtains they have are not enough, anyone can see through the cracks. The man at the front desk is rude. They don't speak or understand English very well so it's difficult to communicate with them. My friend was in pain for days after. I don't think they are all certified to give massages. After the massage was done they followed us out yelling at us demanding a tip because they were not happy with what was given. Not worth the cost of the service + 20% tip and a demand for more. My sister, my daughter and I went to get a full body massage with hot stones. It was a great 1 hour massage. The ladies were very nice. I really like the message therapist I had. Her name is Lilly, she asked me what pressure I wanted, soft, med or hard. I said soft, awesome massage. I will definitely go back. I gave 4 stars as yes the massage was amazing. This was our favorite GoTo for massages. The last time we were there, we tipped them 20%. They looked at us like they expected more. The front desk guy pointed to a hand-written, taped page on the wall showing mandatory tipping. Sorry, that's not how tipping works. Unacceptable and they just lost our patronage. read more

Came here on a whim and I think I need to pay more attention to my whims. Made an appointment for 10 am on a Sunday. I came in 5 minutes early and they took me right in. The place was clean and relatively quiet except for loud customers coming in and out. I had a 90 minute massage and it was wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable. The price was reasonable. I see that some patrons are a bit miffed about the tip chart. I'm a bit embarrassed that their customers need tip guidance. If you like the work, then demonstrate your gratitude through generous tipping. read more

I went for a full hour massage today for the first time. It was a great experience. Anna was very firm and gentle at the same time. She kept asking me if I was okay during the session and if she was doing it too hard. It was perfect for my aching back and tight muscles!! Well if you ever make it up here to this place make sure you don't fall under the hands of " Wendy" I'm pretty sure that's not her name but at least you can try to avoid her. She is is bat $hit crazy. Her massage is an abuse. She uses the harshest gloves ( like a loofa on my feet) She is non stop tapping in her language ( this is suppose to be a relaxing experience) When I asked if I can add a shoulder massage, she said 10$ for 10 minutes, no problem, she did 4 minutes of a dry ( no Lotion or oil) massage, but it wasn't even a massage she was poking. Me in my shoulders and hurting me and rushing like someone is chasing her. I am someone who gets a massage everyone couple of weeks and never in my 10 years experiences something this bad. read more

Great spot and great foot massage! We were greeted by a very friendly front desk person or manager who took our temp, sprayed the bottoms of our shoes, and offered us hand sanitizer. For me, this place gets good points for that! Our foot massages were well needed and we were "well kneaded". He he. We both had a great massage. Clean place, friendly people, and great massages. What is not to like? p.s. when we first entered and got our shoes sprayed, the guy was joking with us doing the Karate Kid Crane stance, because my sister did that when getting the spray down. I just went to this place for the first time. It should be called magic massage. I got a whole bony massage for 90 minutes. It was amazing. I went because the ivy, which I have a membership for, it short staffed and always booked up. So I tried this place. The massage was better than the ivy and longer and a fraction of the price. Have 1 Star because there is not A No Star option. I hate doing this to a business but I feel it necessary to warn my community! Apparently this place is NOT suppose to be open. Went In for full body massage and told by the man up front that they were only doing one hour foot massages, you MUST pay in cash first and they locked the front door behind us! Ok, we were desperate so we took it! Once your feet are in the warm water and you are laying down, they tell you that your foot massage is only from the bottom of the knee down to the bottom of the feet and we were dumb enough to still take it! The man from the front rubbed my feet with an up and down motion for one hour while texting on one phone and watching the front door camera on his other phone! When it was done we headed to the front. They did not have change for a $20 bill so we gave them the $5 bills that we had. They actually looked at it and asked is this the tip? We said yes, then the man raised his voice and told us to "GO OUT THE BACK, GO OUT THE BACK NOW!" while the other massage therapist stood between us and the front door. If you are a woman, I'd be careful. The owner harassed my sister and followed her home 20 min because he was not content with his tip. He did not stop following her until she called the business and said she was going to call the cops. He was aggressive and rude. In addition, the massage was not good at all. Let me tell you she asked how I liked it, I said medium. She didn't talk much trhough which I appreciated as well. We've been going to this place for a while but they recently changed to a mandatory 25% tip. I've been managing tipping on my own for quite some time and find it a little intrusive that this place dictates how much you tip. Once again Jennifer was great! I brought my son this time and I didn't catch his masseuse name but she was great as well. We ended up getting an additional 30 minutes each. Not bad for the upgrade - it was only $15 each plus added tip for both ladies. Most of my knots are out after just one visit. This place is great!! We called last minute and Jack was kind enough to fit us in with Cee Cee and Emily...Wow! They gave my wife and I the best messages we've had in a long time...perhaps the best ever, in my opinion. The hot rocks and oil were an unexpected treat in our 60 min massage for only $40! 90 minute massage was ok not the best but what was really disappointing is that they have a mandatory Tip amount, it's not a recommendation. I thought 20% Tip would be sufficient, to my surprise they require 31% tip, Of course sign is not visible next to list off prices for massages as they make sure you see it when you enter establishment and they make you Pay for it before your massage is started. I got done and on my way out is when i told and all the staff came out hover until I paid tip in cash or Venmo it. Love this place. It's easy to book, very reasonably priced and unlike a lot of foot massage places, you get a great massage. You can text the number to schedule and they almost always have availability same day (so nice for a working mom!). You use venmo or cash but it's nice because you can put the tip on the venmo also if you don't have any cash. The combo includes half in the main room with foot massage and half in private room and the full body is all in a private room. They use hot rocks as an included part of the massage which is my fave they also wipe you down with a hot towel which is nice so you're not greasy.
