I can honestly say I've never had a bad foot massage at Magic Foot Massage. I only get foot massages and I usually asks for feet only. Magic Foot Massage is a hidden gem in Valencia! Quick service/same day appointments available and nice massage therapists. My favorite service is the 1 hour foot massage. They put your feet in warm water/hot tea while they massage your face, arms and legs and feet, then you flip over and they work on your back. It's so relaxing and at a great price! It is not super fancy but the service itself is what matters most to me, and there are always customers so the community is catching on! read more

I just had an amazing first massage there and I would have been a repeat customer except I went to leave a cash tip and was told I couldn't leave unless I paid the "mandatory tip amount." I'm not even sure that is legal. I tried to leave $5 but they made me leave $10. So now they have an extra $5 from me instead of the extra thousands of dollars they could have gotten from me over the coming years. Their loss. Say no to enforced tipping. read more

First time here and trying to find a go to place since moving to the area last year. They made an appointment in 15 minutes. The owner followed up via text because my Lyft took a minute to pick me up though it might have seemed pushy to some, communication is a little problematic. I had a good foot massage by Lily. Even though the massage was focused on foot reflexology, the time she spent elsewhere was just right enough to feel relaxed and didn't leave much to be desired (in a good) I don't love the potentially changing of the hand written service menu and the the tips suggestions per hour. I just got my second two hour combo massage. Lilly took great care of me and the two hours includes a full body massage plus feet and hot stones. The massage rooms are clean and quiet and lovely music plays in the background. It is a true "spa" experience without the high spa prices. I'll definitely go back regularly. read more

Prices are good. We were able to make a same-day appointment. The place was nice and seemed clean with plenty of parking. Cece was my masseuse. I asked for a foot massage only which is $35. They have one big foot massage room with several small beds. For full body, you're in a private room with a curtain. That's $50 for an hour. I thought a foot massage- only meant they would only massage your feet but she also spent a bit of time on my scalp, back, arms and legs. So it felt like a full body massage but you keep your clothes on so I recommend wearing very comfortable clothing. And not long pants because they soak your feet first. I would return again especially because the prices are good. Note: they request cash and we were asked to pay upfront. read more

I am not one to give negative reviews, however this place left me no other option. I went in for a full body and foot massage. The costs was $80 which was reasonable. However when I tipped Ana (the massage therapist) a $20 bill she said " You don't have anymore? The tip is $35" (she was VERY nasty about it I must say) I couldn't believe what she was saying!!! So to get service there I have to tip you almost $35%... Stunned I gave her another $10 thinking maybe I missed something Jack, the receptionist seemed to embarrassed of the issue at hand. I sent him a text when I got to my car letting him know I would be giving their establishment a Yelp review. He offered to refund me the full tip "out if his pocket" of course I couldn't let him do that. It wasn't his fault Ana was so rude, greedy and non professional. I have been going here for years, and each time I've had a wonderful massage. I'm all about deep tissue, and this place delivers each and every single time. I've thrown the towel or regular massage salons and spas. They rarely do the trick for me. Also, I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. If I could give 0 Stars I would! I called at 10:15 am to 10:30 am & the man answered confirming a massage appointment at 4:45 p.m. when my back is in a lot of pain and I really needed it. I show up and they call me a liar saying that I never called just because they asked for my cell phone number and I gave them my cell phone number but I told them I do not have my work number which is where I called and made the appointment from. I just got this new office I'm working out of across the street from them and I don't know the phone number I called them from out of my office and they want to dare to call me a liar saying no we can't take you and I made an appointment right when they opened up. Really between 2.5 stars and 3. The experience was sub-par really. The price is excellent but the massage was lazy at best. Was the middle of the day so maybe it was their B talent, but the sign said hot oil and stone massage, and I at least got the oil. Cold oil, but it was oil. So in a pinch, pun intended, its ok. I wanted a foot massage one night, so I went here since Rao's was closed for some reason. When I walked in, I was - forced/coerced into having a $40 full body massage in a "private room". Private room is just a curtained off cubicle in the same room as anyone else. The massage was mediocre at best, they never even touched my feet, and at the end when I went to my car to get cash to tip, the Massuese ran outside yelling at me that I needed to tip her. I told her I was getting cash, which I then did, tipped her, and left immediately. Poor run operation, rude workers, and overall bad experience. read more

They change up the whole massage routine and pricing schedule - it used to be that for $30 you get the general over clothes head , face and shoulder massage then feet reflexology type and then over clothes on.
