So I had been looking for a cleaning service for almost two years. I scheduled with Elmira for a time I knew I would be home so I could get a feel for how her team worked. Her team showed up exactly on time, and they bring everything with them, even the vacuum. Guy picked up a stone/grit of some kind in his sponge and scatched my window to an unbelievable degree.
