Thankfully she shared a business card for Rocio and her crew ensuring me that they were good. I had no other leads, so I contacted her after being convinced by her website to try them. I'm so happy I did. Now I have clean home dependability in my life. Scheduled completely at my convenience. Rocio is super professional, a great communicator, highly organized, and has an amazing crew! These ladies even leave little works of art to show they've been here. You know the specially folded towels, tissues, and toilet paper that you find in 5 star hotels after housekeeping as been there? Yep, I have these all over my house when Rocio and her crew have been here. I'm pretty picky. So I'm thrilled to find that even with redos and personal preferences Rocio ensures I'm happy. For instance, my polished wood staircase had a light film on it after they left the first time and every footstep left a mark. I asked her to take care of it the next time and not to use product on my stairs in the future. She cheerfully did exactly that and it now looks like it did before they ever came. A waiting list to have my home cleaned? If business is booming, why aren't you hiring more people? Then a single cleaner arrived over an hour late, then I was told the fee would be increased by $50 because of dog hair (which I agreed to). About 30 minutes into the job, her vacuum quit and that should have clued me into the dependability of this company. The cleaner was pleasant but did a very haphazard job and it was by no means a 'deep' cleaning. The underlying issue was that it was a large house and cleaning was more than a one-person job. This company charged me $310 for less than 5 hours of work ($62/hr) and my house is still not clean! She didn't even bother to wipe down the kitchen bar, island or cabinets! The dining table, a side table and a buffet were not dusted. A portion of the livingroom floor was not mopped. Both downstairs bathrooms had dust and scum issues. When I asked the next day for a partial refund, they offered to send the cleaner out again. It wasn't worth the hassle to me. Save yourself the headache - there are many other service-oriented, capable companies to choose from. Let my pricey lesson serve as an example for you. Go elsewhere.....

I hired them for deep clean (after tenant moved out) and carpet cleaning. The carpet cleaning went great. The clean was not detailed and there were a lot of things I needed to revisit (had to hire another person) which you can see in photos. I messaged them about my concern 2 hours after the clean and didnt hear back, I messaged them again 4 days later and they said they offer a 24 hour guarantee and would make an exception. By that time I had hired someone else to address the cleaning areas they missed. They offered me a $20 refund (10 of the cleaning cost not including carpet). I'm not satisfied with the resolution but they did try to address it even if it was a poor attempt. I will not be using them again, but as a new business I think they may just be working out the kinks.

MerryMaids crew stayed two hours longer, did more work. Two stars for the overall experience - Pretty good cleaners by raw talent, extremely overpriced compared to the competition, middle of the market when it comes to cleanliness. Below market customer service for arguing with me about cleaning dirt off the corners of the base boards, then didn't return my sponge. Used soap on all my cast iron without asking, now I have to re-season everything. Long Review: I just paid $478 for a "deep clean" that was in all fairness a pretty good cleaning if it were a routine cleaning. Comparable to the "sparkle" cleaning I paid for from Merry Maids eight months ago for $272, but not as thorough. The only exception being that Merry Maids cleaned my sliding glass doors and the balconies, which was included in the original quote. I paid extra both times for the stove cleaning, the refrigerator etc. I also talked to a guy at their office (I think) on the phone and told him how much more I was paying compared to the last cleaning and that my expectation was that the money spent should be reflected in the level of cleanliness. He assured me that the two ladies were "the best". When they said they were done, I asked about the balconies, and they said they don't do that. There wasn't an option for that on the website either, like there was on the Merry Maids website. I also had to argue with the lady when they were trying to leave after less than 3.5 hours of work (1,600sq ft) to have her wipe down the corners of the wall by the base boards. She said it needed to be painted. When I removed the dirt by dabbing my kitchen sponge on it (they didn't bring any, just rags), she relented and wiped off the dirt. I later found that she apparently didn't return my sponge. I also had to instruct them on cleaning behind my AV system and stand, which I would assume that would be included in a "deep clean". I also found that my cast iron pans were cleaned with soap and were put in my oven wet. That's a big no no for cast because it immediately starts to oxidize. One of the pans is already showing rust so I'll have to strip it, sand it, and start over. If I'm paying for a "deep cleaning," what exactly is being cleaned that isn't part of the regular cleaning? And why would I have to monitor them and guide them on how to clean a house? I figured using a little elbow grease to remove easily removable dirt would be part of the additional fee I paid. I have attached an example of the deep clean on my floor, it took 8 seconds with a different sponge to make it look clean. I'm completely blown away by all these five star reviews. Even if these ladies are being paid $25 an hour, that's more than $300 to the business. That's more than a 60% margin against labor. If you want to pay twice as much as you need to, by all means use these people. I'll be going back to MerryMaids. I was later contacted and they pointed out that I had booked two rooms and the cleaning crew reported five. I responded that I correctly described my house when booking as having two bedrooms and 2.5 baths (clearly labeled dropdown menus), along with the square footage that includes the garage and balconies that were never touched. There is nowhere to list total number of rooms.
