Italia (the owner) and Kandice were prompt for the appointment. They both went above and beyond what I was requesting. I have never seen my cabinets, baseboards, and blinds so clean! Both paid an extreme measure to detail and were efficient. They gave great advice on what products to use in the future so that I could also do my own maintaining which was awesome since I am a clean freak to begin with! Throughout the clean they asked if there was anything else or if I felt if anything was missed. The quote was fair and I didn't feel it was overly priced for a three bedroom apartment. This was my first time hiring this kind of service, overall I am very happy with the results and would do this again. They showed up early too which was nice. Yolanda and Alejandra were patient and courteous with me while I was working from home. I had a whole home deep clean. Their price was reasonable, not the highest, not the lowest. 2 people for 3.5 hours was around $300 + tip. Please tip, they work very hard for what they do! I had a nice time working while feeling confident that I didn't have to watch over them in the other rooms. They were almost silent while they worked (no vacuum is silent...). I am a mom to kids and fur babies and I work full time. I have also been booked solid at work with out days off for almost a month and my house needed love. This Is the Worst Place I have ever had Misfortune of Attempting to hire. The crew arrives and they immediately let me know that they will not be able to clean the vents even though they told me they would be able to clean the vents when I first hired them over the phone and when I told them the main reason I hired them was because of the vents and the fans they said well sorry we cannot do that because we cannot climb a ladder to do it and so I proceeded to cancel it and of course Sheila did not mention on the phone that she would charge me for canceling for a service that was never delivered and she charged me $175, just like she never disclosed half of the stuff that she should've disclosed in the first place. this place is a rip off avoid jt like the plague I'm disputing the charge and this is the most unprofessional place I have ever had the misfortune of hiring. Also, when I mentioned the vents needed to be cleaned that might've been a good time to mention the height limit. Magic maids...an apt name for a company with workers that work so hard and efficient it's is like magic. I scheduled a deep clean and my home looks almost like it did when I moved in, 12 years ago. Unfortunately, the home was in much need of their services and the job is much bigger then just a day. The owner let me know ahead of time that the job not only needed another day but needed to be extended that day too. She quoted a more than fair price for the extra time promptly and before services were rendered. The two ladies working in my home kept going at a pace with quality I could only dream of matching. They were not only professional but kind, courteous, and understanding of my situation, without judgement of any kind. The services provided by Italia and Magic Maids Las Vegas are above and beyond any cleaning service I have every used. It is important to tell them if the clean is a Covid Cleaning. There are supplies that are used that are different than a regular cleaning AND the staff need to be protected with mask, face shield, gloves and more. It is not fair to hire without providing the information. I'm sorry to read the one star reviews for this wonderful service. My cleaning team were Yolanda and Benetu and I am extremely happy with the deep clean they did on my home. They covered surfaces I didn't even realize were in need of cleaning! Plus they did a great job with all the standard nooks and crannies that need a thorough job i.e. a deep cleaning! When I saw the finished rooms for the first time I was ecstatic. I live alone and work full time so the last thing I want to do at the end of a long day or on my days off is clean my blinds and baseboards. My family attempted to schedule a cleaning for my grandparents home so that when they came home from the hospital it was just as clean as they left it. The manager quoted my Aunt $350 for 3 hours and 3 cleaners so my aunt scheduled, as listed in the website the rate per hour is $85, which would make 3 hours $255 . The manager said generally there is 3 cleaners when my aunt spoke with her. Here is the issue, when I called and requested a quote it was $100 less than what was quoted to my aunt for the same exact description of the home, and I was told it's 2 cleaners and to add a 3rd cleaner it would be an additional $42.50 (she was not clear on per hour or all together). Then when my aunt inquired about the covid cleaning she was told it started $850 plus whatever the originally cleaning fee she was quoted, when I requested information it was said that the fee is $850 and up and when I asked if it was including the original $85 an hour as previously quoted I was told no. My aunt scheduled for 3 cleaners and was called and told that only 2 people would be there to clean the home and that it would take 6 hours instead of 3 because there would only be 2 girls and the cost would go up to 2 times the original amount quoted, and they would have to change the day of the service. My aunt was very respectful and said that would not work for her and let them know they needed to get more organized and be more professional. I work in customer service and have managed businesses, if I could give negative stars I would for poor attitude and horrible customer service. My aunt wrote a review on Yelp which caught the attention of Italia, the owner, who called my aunt and began yelling at her and telling her to take her review down because she did not even get the service done and she has worked too damn hard to let liars bring down her business. This is indeed not a lie it was our experience of the booking process of this "business" and part of a service includes the scheduling and pricing being accurate and a smooth transition. Italia proceeded to tell my aunt if she did not take down her Yelp review she would make a review to her review and requested it be removed. As a business owner or manager someone else's experience of your service or lack there of is still relevant because you lacked consistency. Calling someone who wrote a review to threaten them to take it down and act without class or restraint is unacceptable if you plan to be taken seriously as a business owner. I would 100% not recommend using a service who can not take constructive criticism, makes excuses for poor behavior and lacks accountability. Do better Magic Maids, you have multiple reviews documenting lack of professionalism and horrible customer relations. read more
