There was a miscommunication: I had specifically requested a deep inspection beyond just visible interior surfaces -- including hidden areas under panels and trim where rodents might hide or leave behind droppings. That part hadn't been done during the first visit because the person I scheduled with didn't fully relay those instructions to the tech. But when I mentioned it, they immediately took responsibility. No excuses, no pushback -- just a clear explanation, an apology, and a promise to come back and make it right at no extra charge. I needed my car detailed because I had an incident where my son's friend threw up on my car. I did my best to clean it but the smell still lingered so I know I didn't get it as well as someone else could. And honestly, my car needed to be detailed anyways. It was LONG over due. Mauro communicated that vomit would take a little longer to clean and would have to use an ozone machine to help and it may take up to two days to get the car cleaned. When I picked up my car, it had the brand new car smell and the inside of my car was epically cleaned. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I had a bad experience with another detailer, Madison Detail, and left feeling ripped off. Seattle Detail and tint, however, was on the other end of the spectrum. They have a very professional setup and excellent customer service. I was more than satisfied when I inspected my car, it seemed like they paid extreme attention to detail when washing it. Shout out to Craver for answering all my questions and giving me a 5 star experience. My paint felt smooth and silky to the touch, and they even removed the sticky residue from my interior windshield, which I had just casually mentioned during the initial consult. They told me I could use rubbing alcohol, but I didn't have time to clean it, and to my surprise, that residue was completely gone. The price is pretty reasonable. I did a wash, clay bar, polish and wax and they vacuumed my interior and dressed my tires all for $249. I'm now a lifetime customer and will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

He communicated well, and did a great job finding mold in places I didn't know to look, which justified upgrading from a tier 1 to a tier 2 mold option. There are two small dark spots on my light gray leather that he was unable to completely remove, easily ignored. My only complaint is he did not have the ingredients listing for three of the solutions he used for cleaning (understandably filled at the shop by someone else into refillable spray bottles).
