I took my poodle puppy in for the first time for a much-needed grooming. Jennifer did a beautiful job! She is nice and very experienced! I was worried about how difficult it would be to groom my dog since she is very squirrely and doesn't let me even brush her. Jennifer not only gave her a nice hair cut but also trimmed her nails and cleaned the hair inside her ears. She really did a wonderful job. I will absolutely be going again. read more

My family has been coming here for years, I've since moved out of Antelope Valley and make an almost two hour trip to come get my three dogs groomed from a real professional not these corporate companies with no knowledge of breed types and hair dos and donts! any questions about skin ailments they have the years of knowledge on treatments. 6 HR WAIT. You knew this was coming so don't be upset or suprised for this crap review. You had a chance to make it right, apologize for the inconvenience or even an explanation, but you rather give your colleague a smartass look like, "this is the b!7$h here to pick up her dog we've had for the past 6 hours". What's the point of making an appointment 3 weeks out and told to bring her in by 10AM? After several hours of waiting we call to check the status, no affirmation on why it's taking so long or how much longer it will be, just a WE'LL call you when she's done. Finally call about 3:30 and ask if she's ready yet because we have somewhere to be by 4:30 and told again she's not ready and WE'LL call you. We didn't feed her thinking it wouldn't take more than a couple hours. I'm sure you didn't feed my dog because you don't care about other people's dogs apparently. But then again I truly hope you did not beacuse my dog has a specific diet and food allergies being she's 14 years old. She's also very well trained to not use the restroom inside and will hold it. She held her poop the entire day and took a crap as soon as I let her out of the car at the house. How can you treat people's pets/ family members like this? She was probably in a 3x4 crate for the past 6 hours while you wasted her time and ours. Then you don't have the audacity to apologize and attempt to earn back out business? In this day and age of the economy and people's financial situations, be thankful for what you have and the business you're receiving. Don't treat people like crap and blow them off like they don't matter. Needless to say we will NEVER be returning to this place and recommending all our friends and family to stop coming here as well. This was on you! read more

We had a problem with our truck and were forced to jump out into a huge hill of 'desert flora' along the 14 freeway. Foxtails and other dangerous weeds were abundant. Needle sharp stickers were piercing my skin. Our pup was covered. I can only imagine how miserable he felt. I tried to comb out as much as I could, but I could see it required a professional to save our puppy. We took our matted, dirty Australian Shepherds and the gals at Magic Mirror waved their wands and completed the impossible. Our dogs came out fluffy, clean and relaxed. Phenomenal work. I brought a friends dog there that had matted fur and foxtails all on him (because he had rolled in it) The groomers took the time to ask me what I wanted on my dogs hair cut. Normally, if people see foxtails they immediately shave the dog, but the groomers here made his hair short but NOT shaved protecting his skin. Recommend coming here because they truly care about your dog and will cater to their needs. read more

These ladies love what they do... I took my mom's Maltepoo dogs which were horrible because they are always outside, I promise these dogs were bad. From brown and full of matts, huge transformation to white and nice fur. My dog needed some maintenance and they did nailed the cut. I am sure coming back..I did bring all 4 dogs to them and they took them and finished them. They got me, I will be returning, plus their prices are awesome, luv it! read more

This is my second time bringing my pups here the first time they did an amazing job the four of them looked so cute. Now the second time my husband took two of our kiddos and I was so disappointed I ask for a bath plus get their nails done. Well my kiddos look like they the same as before no diffrences what so ever. It's like they got a wipe or a wet towel and clean them with it ! My dogs did smell good but looked the same way how they left the house dirty . I didn't pay $80 for them to smell good but still be dirty!! Took my dog for the first time and they did a really good job! I love his cut.... he had had a few questionable ones for the last few at assorted shops, but this time he is not all "choppy" and I just love the shaping on his ears!!! The people there were very nice and I got a thrill visiting with the horse and enjoying the farmyard ambiance! $5 more than all the others had been charging, but worth it!! The best! I had been taking my elderly dog here for years and one day I dropped her off not knowing she was gravely ill. They called me at work a couple hours later to inform me. I work an hour away so she kindly offered to take Julie (dog) to my vet for me because she was so concerned she didn't want to wait an hour. I got to the vets an hour later and they already had diagnosed her and had her on pain meds. Sadly she passed the next day. That was 3 years ago. I now live 90 min away but I've scheduled my puppy's 1st grooming with them. I know for a fact that she will be taken care of and that they treat their furry clients as if they were their own. Definitely worth the drive to me. Always a great job too. read more

Don't take your pets here. It's a make-shift addition on private property. They never asked for immunization records. The ladies that own it were friendly but don't let it fool you. I took my Japanese Chin here about 4 years ago ( before I started using Yelp). Two out of the three times he was returned to me bleeding from the nails and from the anal area. They shaved too close to the skin causing blood to ooze out from his precious behind. Then, they cut his nail off causing him to limp slightly on that paw. What's worse, they never acknowledged their mistakes. They returned him as if everything was fine. SMH read more

I took my little Yorkie here they took us the same day I called in. With fast and same day service the girls are so great,my dog looks and smells wonderful. Unfortunately after a few days after all the fluff has worn down I notice that her hair is cut uneven. she's still very cute, but I'm going to keep looking for a groomer out here.
