Very happy I did and for the past 6 months have been very pleased with my time there. Helen the owner is very sweet. They make sure you always have your nail technician ready for you when it's your appointment time which I appreciate. ALL of the nail techs there are great because be used all of them. They also have hot green tea and coffee which is a plus for the winter. They give out bottles of water as well that way I don't have to carry my own. Nail art skills are great too. I love doing different things and they are always willing to deliver. Really a great new nail home for me :)

They charge you to use your debit card which is illegal, they sprayed my legs with some mystery spray and when i asked what it was they couldn't answer- it looked like mold in the bottle and i called them out for it when they said it was just the design (which it wasn't) then she said it was the acetone and i said "no, that's mold" i opened the bottle. First, even if it IS acetone WHY are they spraying that on someone's feet after a pedicure.. I've been here MANY times and each time it gets worse and worse. I stood when they raised their prices, i overlooked times I've gotten cut with a manicure, I've settled with the cold water pedicures and i even paid when I asked for matte topcoat instead of shiny and they said it would be $5 extra... This is the last time this dirty place takes my money. This is gross and I'm so turned off. Worst of all, the horrible pedicure cost me close to $50 to boot...

She is rough, impatient, talks bad about you in Mandarin to her coworkers and cuts me every time she uses the drill to do my cuticles. I've had many other ladies from V2 do my nails as well and i just always end up getting cut from the drill or nail file. Manicures are supposed to be relaxing but now i get anxiety wondering if they're gonna hurt me. Asked for the water to be a little hotter and she did not complain. She asked if I wanted my nails cut, and then she clipped, filed, and buffed.
