My go to spot for mani and pedi. They have combo deals and it's beyond worth it. I would pay for a longer foot and leg massage if that was an option because it's one of the best ever. Luckily it comes with a regular pedi! As well as exfoliating and scrubbing yo callus. Overall it takes about 40 mins. Sitting on the massage chairs while you get a pedi. The Pedi itself is $22. With a mani, it's $30. More if you want gel. I love that everything they use is in a sterilized peal pouch. I usually just walk in and get seen right away or wait a few minutes. But I also purposely go when it's not during peak hours which tends to be after work. They then walk you to the drying station and give you a shoulder and back massage! Very clean facility. absolutely horrible, didn't give me what i asked for. i asked for black french tips but i wanted the black to be black glitter and i wanted red bottoms, the lady did not know how to do red bottoms, she showed it to her boss and was talking in their language, i assume she didn't know how to do that type of look, she literally flipped my hand and put red DIRECTLY UNDER my nail when your supposed to put it on the acrylic tip, then add a white on top so you don't see it through the acrylic. when i asked her for the black glitter frenchies, she tried to put a silver glitter nail polish on the french, i told her i wanted the black glitter so its matches the french, she said that they don't have. There are two golden rules I follow to ensure I have a wonderful experience: 1) Book Alinda for SNS and pedicures - they last for weeks 2) Book the first appointment of the day - you'll still get out by noon I really truly come here for the total convenience and for Alinda. I really haven't tried any of the other girls for SNS, but sadly, like most nail places, the people that are really good, never stay forever. Wendy is always booked too, but I've never had the pleasure of being her client. Pay attention and see what names people keep asking for; Alinda is one of them. Lovely, friendly, and always happy to see me. This place is really clean, and they are constantly cleaning the floor and the tools all day. Never had an issue with the pedicure chairs; they do their thing and that's all I care about. I did take a star away because recently they have been charging an extra $2 if you choose another color for your ring finger or use more than one color. Really? My sister goes to this place regularly and requests specific people. I go sporadically for pedicures and care more about the callus remover than nails. It's fine. I like the price; $22 for pedicure and $5 extra for "callus eliminator." I REALLY LIKE their massage chairs that you sit in while you get your feet done. They're really great. Amazing. I got Sns tips and i've never gotten nails so chunky. i feel like i am a 55 year old women with these thick chunks on my fingernails. It's a hit or miss. Depending on the nail tech you get. I've been here 4 times and each time I get different results. They have 3 brands of dip powder, and they call all sns. There's a basket of dip powder color, it gets so overwhelming because there's so much and it's so unorganized. It was $35 for powder for a while until their promotion ended? It's now $40. First time was with the owner? Tom? I booked my Appointment very last minute was able to fit me in. I asked for almond and I said it was too pointy. He then went ahead and filed rounder. He then said this is round. He also kept tugging on my hand because I tend to get relaxed on the edge of table. He didn't have to do it in such a rude way. Second time was with Tina, Amazing massage at the end, she really loosen my stiff shoulders. Her filing wasn't smooth enough. Third time was with alinda, she was great with filing, very smooth. Quick but attentive to details. I didn't get the last lady's name, definitely the most uneven work so far. Some nails didn't match up, different thickness and length. I did this one as a walk in as I can't get a hold of someone on the phone. The consistencies were my nails lasted at least one month, phone is down 3/4 the time ( hard to book appointments. They also don't take covid precautions other than the pixi glass. I've never seen them sanitize chair or highly touched places. Also a lack of communications, definitely seen customers complaining about not getting a massage but staffs doing it as a charged service. read more

After two years of coming here consistently, my commitment with V2 is over. I used to love coming here for SNS, especially when Nicky used to work here, but this visit will be the last - and it's not because of one isolated incident, or because I found somewhere better. My issue here is mainly with the owner, "Tom". If you read enough reviews, you'll see there are a lot of people mentioning how rude he can be. I've gone to him enough where I can say he's always rude. It's not a bad day here or there, it's every time. He's made me cry once because of how poorly he handled a situation where my SNS was done incorrectly and breaking at least four natural nails (so each time hurt like hell) within 12 hours. And yet, as embarrassing as that was, I still came back because I thought his work was good enough. The last few times have been rough. He always gives you visual cues that anything you say regarding your nails is an annoyance to him. Unless I sat there and let him do whatever he wants, he'll huff and puff and make visually strained body language to basically tell you that your desired shape and length is annoying. He's very distracted (some of it completely understandable since he is the owner and is always checking around to see which work station is about to open up) but there is very little attention being spent on you or what he's doing with your nails. I don't live in the area anymore but I made an appointment last night and trekked the hour commute because I still haven't given up on them yet. I can brush off the normal attitude I'm used to by this point, as long as my nails look good. The job was rushed so badly this time and did not come out the way I wanted at all. Tom cut my cuticles twice and instead of apologizing, blamed the color I chose for making it hard to see what was skin and what was my nails. My nails were uneven and not entirely dry before he started rubbing lotion on my hands (which was also rushed and no way enjoyable with him pulling and yanking on my arm) so it messed up the top coat on my nails and made the whole two hour ordeal look messy. So that's it. It's not worth the rudeness you'll always get with him, and it's absolutely not worth an hour commute for the rudeness and bad manicure. read more

Atmosphere: Clean, professional, relaxing. The manicure chairs are not very comfortable, they don't have much of a back to lean on. As someone who has back pain, this isn't great for me but might not bother the average customer. Customer service: Used to be great but has recently gone downhill. They were so friendly and the owner was always inviting, but nowadays I feel like a bother when I go in. They give a quick shoulder/neck massage at the end of the manicure which I love. Nails: I love the SNS (dip powder), it's a type of acrylic that's supposedly less damaging to your nails. I originally came here for Nicki because she did an amazing job with SNS. My nails grow very fast and I like that they stay strong with the SNS powder. The first time I came here, Nicki spent almost 2 hours shaping and filing my nails. I never felt so great about a manicure as I did at that time. Unfortunately, Nicki is no longer there and the girls who have done my nails the past few times seemed like they didn't really know what they were doing. The last two times I went, at least one of my nails chipped or cracked less than a week after my appointment. The first time, I came back right away and they fixed it no charge but it was sloppily done and uneven. But hey, better than no nail right? I have been coming here for two years. I originally saw Chris (spelling!) but after she left I started seeing Tina. I recently saw Chris is back so you're in luck! Tina and Chris both have always done a phenomenal job. Tina has done my nails for a year and a half and despite my bad nail biting habits my SNS stays on for two weeks before I need them redone. They never look too thick, are always even, and look awesome. The only struggle is that if you don't have an appointment you may wait a while. Easy solution is to make an appointment. I desperately needed my nails done and decided to browse Yelp for nearby spots and came across V2. This is where I first learned about SNS manicures, a nail powder dipping system. A quick Google search convinced me that this method is quick, less damaging on the nails and safer because it does not require UV light for drying. As suggested, definitely call ahead for an appointment. I originally wanted to come by @2pm on a weekday but it was busy and I was told to come @3:30. I showed up a bit before the set time and saw how busy it was, as there were several people already waiting. I ended up waiting about 20 mins past my appointment before a technician freed up for me. The process is similar to a regular manicure except it first starts out with filing and buffing down the nail. Then about 3 layers of gel + powder dipping are topped on. More buffing happens until it's shaped to your hearts desire followed by 2 layers of polish and the end result is beautiful and with no extra fuss of waiting to dry. Oh and the 2 minute neck and back massage at the end was amazing! I will be back again for sure! Don't forget to grab a loyalty card. read more

They are all great nail techs! They are either quick/moderate but in a good way because it always comes out with a nice smooth finish. As for the pedi, the few that I came across are all good. I'm concerned. After using V2 as my go to nail salon for the past several months, my nails have become very thin and weak. I was getting SNS powder nails every 3-4 weeks. Their removal process is not a straight soak off. They file the nails to remove the shiny top coat using the electric drill. My technician today took the drill all the way down to my natural nail in some spots. Then they apply the acetone to soak. After leaving that on for between ten minutes (one visit) and a full hour (another visit) they file again, sometimes with the electric drill and sometimes with the hand file. They've way way over filed my nails. During my visit today I asked for just a soak off of the SNS as I've decided to give my nails a break. When I left my finger tips felt like they were on fire. For SNS, Wendy has been pretty good and Lily will be painful since she likes to go rough on you and sometimes leaves residue on your nail cuticles.
