This location is exactly like the rest: incredible. Benefits to this location are overwhelming. The location is HUGE way more parking than the other countryside location. There's a bunch of sweet amenities; wine, soda, etc. A lot of the nail techs moved over so you can expect the same quality you're used to in a nicer environment. I always pay 60 for the pedicure with tip and it's always so rushed, the workers are extremely unprofessional, and you don't get the service you pay for. I pay extra so I can get the callous a treatment and you have to ask them twice to still do it. This place is big and the manger/owner just cares about getting people in and out, not actually about quality. That's why my feet look bad when I'm walking out here with 60 bucks less in my pocket. Shady and unprofessional. Went for no chip many and pedi. Was up charged without discussing cost. Ended up being charged $100 for mani pedi. In response to owners comment. Services were added without discussion. I didn't see prices anywhere and when the girl suggested I do a dip VS no chip she said it was $5 more however the dip at $50 + $35 spa pedi came out to $100. She pressured/upsold me on the dip, I was charged for callus removal (isn't that standard?) and was told when questioned price that the dip doesn't include a mani so there is additional charges for that. It's not that I didn't value the services I was taken for a ride b/c she knew I am not a regular. read more

Typically my place would charge about 80-90 for full set, color and no chip pedicure. Here they charged me $130! I didn't even include tip yet. The work is average. But then again these are reviews based on your own personal experience and opinion. In my opinion, I could use that extra 40-50 towards gas or food. read more

Went here for the first time today as a walk in (cheated on my regular place because I needed to stop at PetSmart next door) and will never go back. Not sure if I had a new nail tech, but she cut at least four of my cuticles and the no chip looks terrible. I had to go elsewhere to get a polish change and my hands have never hurt this bad after a manicure. She told me my cuticles were dry, however I get manicures every two weeks and moisturize regularly. This has never happened before! Very disappointed. read more

On top of their services being spectacular, the employees here are all sooooooo sweet! I will never get a pedicure anywhere else ever again, this is my favorite place! They offer you many different pedicure options with things you can add. The massage they give is phenomenal! I always get the deluxe with no chip and I leave feeling like a new person and my toes look so cute! In addition, the employees are so caring--I dropped my coffee two minutes into my appt and one of them took the blame so I wouldn't feel embarrassed and the other employee offered to get me another one, how sweet is that!
