Cute location! Looks small on the outside with only about 6 parking spots but huge on the inside. Very nice employees! Plenty of shades to choose from! More updated then other places. A little cramped tho. The nail polish area was semi closed off next to the bathroom so if someone opened the door they would wack you with it if you're not careful. It was a little pricey for a no chip pedicure. 60 plus tip and they don't include a really thorough massage. You have to pay 25 dollars extra for that. In the city, it's pretty much included regardless of the type of pedi. Over all I did really enjoy my experience, but in the future I'll try to come in the summer and get a regular pedicure read more

Usually I get good manicure and I do believe this is a one off, but I had chips two days after getting a recent dazzle manicure. I don't think this is the norm & next time I'll ask for extra topcoat on the tips. The email feedback I got from the co were links for a public review. read more

Incredibly rude and disrespectful business owner. I was mischarged for my services per the pricing listed on their website. When I called and kindly explained the issue, the owner/manager (the gentleman that is usually at the salon) argued with me, yelled at me on the phone and called me a liar. He refused to correct their mistake when he was clearly in the wrong but chose to blame me for the issue. I will clearly never be returning and hope others will think twice before patronizing a business who is willing to treat their frequent customers this way. read more

I had been going there for years. Right before a big wedding, I had a dip. My nails came off the day of the wedding, less than one week after I had the service. I took pictures that were dated. The owner did not seem to care at all and most definitely did not offer to repair the nails that fell off. Very disappointing. read more

Service does not equal fees. Nail tech left me on my own to remove lotion and toes separators after a "spa" pedicure. I asked the manager for help and he quickly went into the closed door area and he came out went straight to the front desk. No thanks! With so many other nail salons in the area I will go somewhere where I will be more appreciated as a customer. read more

I don't know what the previous review was about but I absolutely adore this nail salon! It's a hidden gem in Downtown Hinsdale and they opened up in 2006. I graduated from Hinsdale Central in 2006 but seriously wish they were around when I was in high school! The owners are super sweet and stayed open just to help me get a manicure fix on New Year's eve! WITHOUT an appointment! They're quick but they pay a lot of attention to detail and cleaning! I was in a rush for my NYE plans but I would definitely come back here in a heartbeat! They have a million colors to choose from and the decor of the salon is simply divine! Ask for Nicole! She's the best, but I'm sure the others are just as great! And never forget to tip your nail technician! Oh and it's BYOB ;) who doesn't love BYOB!? read more
