So, I have always had nice nails. They're strong and grow well. A cpl of months ago I decided to get a manicure and have dip polish applied. My finger tips started getting tender, so 2 weeks ago I went to have the dip removed. The girl soaked my hands in 100% pure acetone to remove it. My own nails just shattered and this is how my fingers have been since. It's extremely painful. They burn like hell. I went back last week to speak to the manager about this. He took pictures and then called me to say it must be an allergy. He said he would follow up with me in a couple days, but I've heard nothing. read more

I got a dip manicure Wednesday July 5. By Monday the dip started to chip. I took pictures to prove it started Monday. I was out of town from Wednesday to Thursday the 13th. Because I had poor reception services, I took pictures and first thing Friday morning asked for it to be removed and just add regular polish. Within that week, I had five nails completely chip. I wasn't doing cooking , cleaning, I was not in chlorine or doing anything absurd that would cause it to happen, other than maybe just defective dip polish. They continued to ask me why my dip had chipped as if I did something to it. The manager offered to add more dip on top of that dip, which I absolutely did not want to do. He then charge me for the polish and continue to argue that that was a different service. Although regular polish is a different service; I feel like I was saving them money by not having that horrible polish completely remove an adding fresh dip polish. I paid for a manicure that should have last 2 to 3 weeks and it lasted four days before it started chipping. Although regular polish is a different service it would some what make up the fact that I was still out of money, and my polish was not gonna last the intended amount of time. These people are money hungry, and do not care about their work, the customers , or the quality. This was also displayed by the under age boy they had cleaning the station. I am beyond disgusted with the customer service I received and having to argue in public over what should be an easy fix. I had a proof of flight and and pictures of when it started chipping so despite their 7 day policy it should've been repaired without having to pay an additional $12 plus a tip. I'm happy with the color application on my pedicure. The tech did a great job with it. However, we've come before and haven't been back since because we had an unpleasant experience that first time. My partner was forgotten about and waited 45 mins before they realized it and I was already finishing up my nails. We came at the same time so we could leave at the same time. We decided to give it a second chance today. Yet again it felt super rushed and doesn't promote a relaxing experience. The key reason for having someone do my pedicure and not doing it myself is to be able to relax and enjoy it. I also remember when you could walk in any nail salon and every tech knew how to do everything. They were limitless with their creativity. Now you have certain techs that only do certain things so you're limited to the creativity you want because they're not available and/or you need an appointment. We've gotten away from these two things. Hope it changes. read more

My nail tech at my usual salon was on vacation so I decided to try this place on a whim after soo many recommendations online - and they did not disappoint! I wanted my nails done and a pedicure for my bday and felt instantly welcomed when I walked in. The salon is pretty large and very pretty and airy. I showed the gentleman a pic of the nails I wanted and everything was exactly like the photo. The pedicure was AMAZING! They have several price options when you sit down for your pedicure and they have nice massage chairs too. Updated review: I started come back here for my nails purely out of convenience for how close it is to home for me. But after my most recent experience, I will NEVER step foot in this location again. I have had to go in for repairs for my dip multiple times, making appointments to do so. They have a system to put you with the person who did your nails which is all fine and dandy until they are running late so when you're already having to come back for a repair, you're then stuck waiting on them even though you've made an appointment. This has happened multiple times. I had two break from the same set this last time and had the woman that did my nails tell me to "be careful" when they were done too thin to start with. For the amount of money it costs to splurge on something that isn't a necessity, I'll take my business elsewhere and will be telling others to do the same. This salon is extremely convenient for me and they run an extremely clean and sanitizing operation. They do great work and services generally last much longer than at other places - no chips can last 2 weeks while still looking fresh and standard pedicures ( not no chip) 3 weeks. My only complaint is when they're busy, they don't provide an accurate forecast for how long a wait could be. So do your own assessment and take that into consideration bwhen hearing wait times. read more

So recently I started going to Tammy. She was doing no chip on me but I realized I needed more strength because my nails would bend occasionally and I am very rough on my hands. So I showed Tammy a few pics - I wanted a creamy white natural look w/ a curve to my nail. But stronger than no chip because, too, my nails are longer than they've been in a long time and I wanted to keep them that way. So she told me she's got me and she disappeared in the back. We were going to do a dip on my hands and no chip on my feet, which I normally do anyway and that works out great and keeps for a long time. Since I wanted a little bit of a curve, she built up the dip powder to create a little bit of a hump on my nails. They are perfection. We had a Halloween party over the weekend and everybody commented on how great my nails looked, and I couldn't be happier. This place is pretty organized. The phone girls are thorough. You check in at the front desk with your phone number and they have a clover system for their credit card processing so it's all very streamlined and efficient. read more
