I raised concerns multiple times and asked for specific notes to be added to our account so that the cleaners knew where to pay attention, but despite those efforts, the issues continued and in some cases worsened. It included simple things like the TV console and desks not even being dusted to fully missing cleaning entire rooms. At that point, it became clear the problems weren't being effectively addressed. On the positive side, Andrea, the coordinator, was always very kind and responsive, and the pricing was reasonable. However, consistent quality is key with a cleaning service, and that ultimately fell short. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend the company.
