Miguel and his crew came by this morning as we had a bad smell coming from our 2020 remodeled bathroom and kitchen area. Wasting no time at all, his guy went into the crawl space and identified the leak. Fixed it within an hour and gave me DIY information on how to get rid of the smell and flush out the bacteria from the sitting drain water under the house. I really appreciate him trying to help me save money by recommending items I can buy on my own from Home Depot to remedy the situation. Luckily, I called Henley's Plumbing, and they managed to schedule a technician to arrive by 6:00 PM. Since it was late on a Saturday, I didn't expect much, but David and another team member arrived exactly on time. After diagnosing the issue, they had to remove the toilet and discovered that tree roots were causing the clog. Since the toilet was out, I decided to replace both toilets in my house. Despite the late hour, David and his partner went out to purchase the new toilets, cleared the root clog, and stayed until 10:00 PM to finish the entire installation. I was amazed by their willingness to stay so late on a weekend just to ensure my family had working toilets. To make things even better, David promised to return on Monday with a camera to inspect the pipes for cracks. True to his word, David showed up on Monday with two other team members. Fortunately, there were no cracks, but to my absolute surprise, they did not charge me for this follow-up camera service!
