Suspect a leak. Called them and they came out and investigated and suspected the leak between the main and the house. Made it sound very complicated and said the repair would cost $2k. Gave them ok to proceed. They came out the next morning. Spent a couple of hours, cut the pipe, inserted a plastic sleeve and reconnected the pipe after cutting a large hole in the living room wall. Said they were done and left. Said they don't repair the holes they cut and I'd have to hire someone to repair what they cut up. So $2k for just a couple of hours work and a hole in my wall to fix at my expense. Crazy I wouldn't hire them again and I'd definitely get other bids. Price was way out of line with what they did. I can understand giving a maximum bid to cover complications, but they should have know it was a few hours work and pass the savings along. read more

I have an older home (1949) with original plumbing fixtures, which I wanted to keep. Several other plumbers could only recommend replacement - Brad took one look and said, "No Problem!" and had things fixed in no time. The bathroom sinks have exposed plumbing with hard tube chrome supply lines - these were replaced and the new chrome lines look better than the originals ! I hired Staiger Plumbing from referrals on Nextdoor. Staiger Plumbing sent two techs to correct plumbing defects based on a home inspection. My husband was not present during the install and we later discovered we were grossly overcharged. Each repair was quoted at $150 that included kitchen faucet replacement, pipe reroute, bathroom faucet replacement, tub downspout and outdoor faucet repair in the grill area. We still believe the kitchen faucet was installed incorrectly as the hose faces sideways. The other water lines were not turned back on after the kitchen install. The owner arrived and told my husband one of his plumbers was recruited from McDonalds. I just felt uncomfortable and would not recommend their services. read more

Long overdue review. I discovered a slab leak in March 2020, during the pandemic. I was frustrated and frazzled, not knowing who to really call, until I found Staiger Plumbing. They not only came out to inspect the problem in mask and gloves, but fixed it the next day. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and answered all of my questions regarding this serious issue I had in my home. They also told me that slab leaks that they fix is 95 percent successful. We are now in July, and I don't have any issues or problems. Do yourself a favor, if you run into any type of issue, especially difficult slab leaks, call Staiger Plumbing. BEWARE !!!!! if Staiger Plumbing recommends Carl Terzian from Alltra Fresh Cleaning Specialists Inc. (the company used to be called Flood Patrol). Staiger Plumbing has lost my trust and I will be using another plumber from now on. Carl Terzian is a SCAM artists. He tells people that insurance will cover everything and that he bills insurance. He didn't give an estimate. Floors were removed and before he was even done with drying the floors he placed a lien on my property. Insurance denied my claim and now Carl is charging me and suing me. When I went to next door neighbors and what's up corona on Facebook to ask for advice I found so many people that Carl Terzian has done this to and I found that Staiger Plumbing is in on it. We've been using Brad Staiger since 2010 when we had our water softener installed. He's been out a few more times to install a high end garbage disposal and other items. Today, he came out because our water softener stopped working for no reason. We had Sears come out to repair it and they didn't know what it was. They said it wasn't get any water and weren't allow to check the plumbing. So it's a water softener and you're not allowed to check the tube for water. Ugh! So we called Brad and within 2 hours he was at our house. Within 1 min, he noticed the line to the softener had dirt in it. He cleaned it and voila water back. This isn't the first time he's been here for us in a flash and quickly fixes things for us. read more
