The perfect way to celebrate the end of the day! We were in town for 3 nights and I had Giovanni's twice! Once for pizza when we arrived. We had pepperoni pizza and salad delivered. It was delicious and filled our stomachs! I went again because I was craving ice cream! The ice cream shop is cute. The bench they have to take photos is perfect for kids! They had a ton of flavors to choose from and lots of seating inside and outside. read more

Absolutely. As soon as you walk into the store you can see this is going to be great. Especially when the smell of the dough and the pizza maker twirling it in the air. Then the crowd of people lined up to get their order and the smiles. Our cashier was so helpful very helpful and apologized because she needed more paper tape for the register receipt. The. Once we got our 5 pies back to the vacation home, 17 people did not talking other than saying HMMM, YUMMM, so good. And this is a NYC girl that knows her pizza. read more

The lady was extremely rude and refused to take our order for the pizza. Giovanni's won't stay in business too long with that type of Customer service. What a gem in Davenport! This place is delicious. Enjoyed a nice dinner with friends here and we all left more than happy. The complimentary bread was nice and warm. All our pizzas were so fresh and tasty, we literally had like 4 different ones and tried a bit of everything. The wings were juicy. I had a cocktail that was such a nice touch. This place is so nice inside, with a decent size bar. Definitely a nice place for a date night, to come and watch a game, or bring the family. Absolutely delicious. I have to start off with thanking our server, JD- they were awesome, and so very informative for the questions we had. I have a recently discovered allergy to raw tomato (turns out it's not supposed to feel like eating glass??) and upon being informed that a specific temperature destroys the allergen enzyme, they made sure to inform the kitchen. I got the shrimp scampi, which was very good, the shrimps were not overcooked but still plump and lightly curled (so, not tightly curled and rubbery). We were given fresh bread to start with which was fluffy, with just enough hint of salt. We did end up getting the burrata al roma special (on the smaller seasonal menu), and did't realize that it came with meat in it, which was our first question to JD, and was met with a forthcoming answer, what was in the sauce. My partner got the Chicken Francesca and asked to add capers- his favorite Italian dish is usually piccata, so when JD said that it was coming to the menu, he was excited. We came in pretty late for dinner so it wasn't very full but I love that they have the pizza area, a bar & the restaurant. We definitely will be back read more

Overall, the pizza is not bad. You will need to make sure have a couple people there to eat this pizza. One person cannot finish this by themselves. Myself along with two friends went here and between the three us we barely finished the pizza. read more

Ordered 3 pizzas for takeout. The flavor is on point, the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The pepperoni came burnt, the crust is crunchy and dry. The Primo had great toppings the sauce tastes good but the dough is soggy and undercooked. The Primo stuck to the box and wax paper, had no structure when picking it up, so much so the toppings just slide off. For $75 you expect A LOT more than what you get. The pizza size is fair, the taste is good, which is why it's getting any stars. But I shouldn't have to cook the pizza again when I get home, what's the point of ordering out? We came here for dinner tonight while visiting the area and have to say the food was absolutely amazing. If you're anywhere near this area and looking for great Italian food, this is definitely a place you should try. The pasta tasted authentic, the pizza was outstanding, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was awesome. Our server tonight was fantastic and made sure our family of six was well taken care of the entire time. The team on the floor worked really well together and you could tell everyone was hustling to keep up with how busy the restaurant was. The host staff and servers were all friendly, hardworking, and made the experience enjoyable for our family. The only thing we did notice was an opportunity with leadership. The restaurant was extremely busy and the staff looked pretty overwhelmed at times. There were moments where a little extra help from management could have gone a long way. For example, there was a stack of plates sitting on a ledge near our table that could have easily been cleared, but instead the manager pointed for a server who was already busy to take care of it. Small things like that could really help take pressure off the team during a rush. That being said, the staff here truly does a great job and our server in particular was excellent. We're giving five stars because the food, atmosphere, and service team were all great. With a little more hands-on leadership support during busy times, this place would run even better. Let's start with the atmosphere, it was so relaxed loved the service and the quickness. The bread to start is given immediately and it is better than any bread I've had, better than Cheesecake Factory better than road house, the bread was soft fluffy and the butter was sweet and salty just so good we devoured it. The mozzarella sticks, wow the pull on that cheese was better than chilis it was hot full of cheese and the sauce was homemade. Then the pizza, what I can I say they are thin crispy full of flavor and the medium was enough for me and my husband to share. The price was great and worth it. We didn't order pasta but the table next to us did and it looked to hot and delicious I definitely want to come back and taste it. This place was great for a family and I would come back! read more

I do like that bread is served complementary, too many places don't do that anymore, but the bread was too dense, very doughy and undercooked. The pizza was average at best. Sauce overly sweet without a touch of acidity. Crust is floppy and lacking any flavor. I came in with low expectations since I've been to a mediocre Giovanni's in Orlando years ago, but this one is right across the street and was hoping a brand new location would surprise me. Went with Chicken Franchise. Came with a salad that was very basic, but the house dressing was good. Also came with "garlic bread." I put it in quotes because it wasn't like any garlic bread I've had before. It was a mini loaf with a little garlic flavor on top. However, it came with a garlic spread...it was great!!! It's exciting to see good spots open up in Four Corners. This will definitely be a go to when we have guests. The bread honestly was my favorite! The spread! Just great. I ordered the stuffed shells since it's always been a favorite. They were slightly more al dente than I like, but the portion is a good size. It also came with a house salad. I enjoyed the dressing, though I wish it came with more, as some of the salad was just dry. I tried a bite of my husband's plate which had lasagna, fettuccine, and chicken parm. I liked the chicken and fettuccine the most. Just wanting to try something small, I had the mini cannoli. Unfortunately, their chocolate sauce was overwhelming. I'd pass on this next time. Ok so, we have a construction project about 2-3 miles from here so when I go down to do an audit & inspection.... I take the site leadership team to lunch. 99.9% of the time this is where they wanna go. And I gotta say .... I love this place. You won't be bombarded with a thousand things to choose from on the menu. No.... They have about 10 entrées or so to choose from but they do them extremely well. And their house made salad dressing is just plain stupid good. I live the carbonara ... One of my go-to favs. But I've never had anything there that was mundane or mediocre. The warm bread and herbed garlic butter is pretty cotton pickin spectacular too. read more

Terrible service and food, bruschetta bread was cold, came in even before we got water. Granted we told the waiter we are hungry and appreciated that food came early but I have never eaten a cold bread bruschetta before. Salad was stale with too much dressing on it, it was uneaten for the most part. Then garlic knots weren't super hot either, did not feel fresh. All the pasta were underwhelming.. overall a an experience we did not expect since the ratings were high on Google. A wide variety of different types of food is offered on the menu. Our party of 4 ordered different meals and everyone was pleased. More than enough to take home. Pick up order. Service was great. Packaging of the order was impressive. A hot bag and a cold bag. It's nice cold items weren't stacked with hot. Calamari was wonderful! Visiting family who just moved into the area, my kids wanted pizza so we decided to give this place a try. I'm originally from western NY and live in Tampa. Finding good Italian is a struggle in Florida and I've given up on finding decent pizza. This place is incredible. The portions were huge! I didn't take hardly any photos because I was distracted by catching up with the family. The bread they start with is SO good. We got the mozzarella appetizer and I wish I had photos of the cheese pull from it. The mozzarella was so fresh and so good. The garlic cheese bread was *eh* and probably the only thing I wouldn't order again. It wasn't bad but it wasn't anything memorable. I got the calzone and it was HUGE. I got a plain cheese and it was so good. I only ate about half of it. Family got the fettuccine Alfredo, the "personal pan pizza" (which was HUGE) and chicken Marsala. The Alfredo sauce had so much flavor and was a great consistency. Nobody had any complaints. Our server was outstanding as well. Answered any questions and was super attentive.
