That's not true as the toilet was installed under the counter top. After reporting lack of service to No Cinch hone warranty, I was told that Magna Plumbing indicated I could pay $400+. to have the toilet removed. No Cinch said NO REFUND. I have a Noritz Tankless water heater that stop providing hot water, keep throwing error codes and so I called the Plumber. The first Plumber wanted me to replace the whole system for $6k and recommended that I switch from Noritz to Navient brand and to correct some vent installation. Had another quote by another Plumber which more or less coincided with the 1st Plumber's findings, with a slightly higher price. So I obtained a 3rd quote by Magna Plumbing and we had Josh the Technician. Not only did we not have to replace the whole unit, he was able to repair the unit with just a fraction of the cost. The company and Josh were super responsive and easily available by phone, they show up when they say they will, and we had the heater repaired the next day as soon as they received the new parts. As he was able to determine the problem and run to Home Depot to repair. As he was making the repairs, he got frustrated and seemed to be more annoyed with us. After we fixed it, our reverse osmosis did not work. I had contracted the owner and was able to determine that a mistake was made and he rectified the situation for me. Back in june our home warranty company contracted magna to come repair a leak that was reported. Caesar came out and replaced a piece of pipe and we thought the issue was solved. that evening we found that we didnt have hot water and found that the water heater had not been re-lit. I attempted to relight it but it wouldnt come on. Mark sent caesar out the next day to attempt to relight it. He could not do get it to light and then they initiated a claim with the home warranty to replace the water heter heater. so far no issue, so I thought. they came out and replaced the water heater the next day, I was working (from home) so did not see the work, and at the end of the work, my wife saw them and asked is there anything my husband should know they said "no, everything is fine." After I got off work, I went out to see the knew water heater which I did, along with the new gaping hole in the platform that was completely rotted from water damage from the origianl leaky pipe. Mind you, im not blaming mana for the water damage but you dont install a water heater on a rotted platform. but the gaping hole allowed me to see down into the area they had just replaced the pipe and noticed that there was still a leak, this time a drain leak. Now this I will be clear about. The leak was just below the exact spot that they replaced the pipe, so, either, they didnt care to asses the original leak (which is sad because they would have been paid to fix it, or they caused it which i would hope not.) in either case, I still have a leak, and now had a new water heater on a rotted platform with still a leak that should have been fixed from the start. After this, Mark couldnt get someone out here for another two days so the job was reassigned to another company, who required the site to be sanitized which I paid 1200 dollars for. I guess mark lets his people work in unsanitized areas. On top of this, when I reported this to the hope warranty company, mark said to them, the reason he installed the water heater on the rotted platform was because my wife didnt want to go any longer without hot water. this is obsurd for two reasons. 1) we didnt know there was any water damage until the new heater was alread installed, and 2) we would have absolutely wanted to have the platform repaired prior to the installation as it resulted in an R&R of the heater anyway, which we did the very next day. I was assigned to this company from my home warranty to fix my garbage disposal and was told they would contact me to set a date and time in 1-2 days. After 3 days of not hearing from them, I called them myself and no one picked up the phone and went to voicemail. So I left a voice message and still did not receive any response back. I then contacted my home warranty and they were able to reach them within just hours after I had left a message. The plumbing company told them that they were booked and couldn't do the service. They could at least have the courtesy to inform me or my home warranty company that they wouldn't be able to provide the service so I wouldn't have to delay the issue and find another company that can do the job. This is quite unprofessional and it's immediately a bad impression on customer service from the start. read more

We had difficulty getting hot water after our last routine service for our tankless water heater. We did get a return visit from the same technician. He blamed our water conditioning system. Turns out the generic filter he installed was defective and clogged the system. Magna plumbing refused to even reimburse us for the service call and wouldn't respond to our repeated emails. We had the worst experience with Magna Plumbing today. The plumber came out for a home warranty claim and right away said he had to rip open our Kitchen for a bathroom leak. He then proceeded to yell at my wife when she asked him to go through the bathroom instead of the kitchen. He subsequently stormed off our property mid conversation. He was here for no more than 4 minutes. We know that the leak can be fixed through our bathroom because our personal plumber said that it could be. However, our warranty company sent out Magna. We feel that Magna was trying to rip open our kitchen to create a larger bill. read more

Tito called me the day I placed the service request and we tried to schedule something for the week leaning towards availability on the weekend. I had thought they forgot about me since my text on Friday received no response. Saturday night I received a text confirming the appointment for Sunday morning. PRV was leaking at the locknut, figured it may be time to change. I was referred to Mark (Owner) at Magna thru a real estate buddy of mine. Parts/labor quote came to $875. Today Mr. CESAR (name of the person) came to fix my tub diverter water spout with a personal shower head. The plummer from a different company came before to fix it and he said he had to brake the wall and it was not possible because then the tile will need to be replaced also. He was not able to fix it. Cesar the Plummer from Magna Pluming when he came just took his wrench and turned the tub water spout and said he needed to just come back after they ordered the spout. The plummer from the other company also said the water stopper for the tub could not be fixed either because it was all connected from the wall. Magna Pluming ordered the part and Cesar just unscrewed it and replaced it after they ordered the part. He left the area clean and took the time to explain. Very professional and had all the required tools. Was very careful to not scratch the hardware. Mr. Mark is the gentleman that handles the calls when you request service. He was very polite and informed scheduling and when they got the parts. Excellent service from the time you call until the service is completed. Very reliable and responsible company. Magna plumbing was assigned to my service call for hot water heater tank. They send a tech the next day, after assessing my water heater needed to be replaced because of a leak. They were supposed to come back 3 days later. I called Mark the owner explained the urgent situation. He assured me he will be back the next day to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!!! I could probably go on for days talking about our TERRIBLE experience with these people, but I'll try to keep it short and sweet. We had a slab leak, this company was sent to us by our home warranty company (also terrible). Two workers showed up (Juan and Eduardo) and proceeded to look for the source of the leak with a jackhammer. Not only did they make a mess, but their unsophisticated method ended up causing more damage, which we found two days later. They "fixed" it and charged $1360, 360 which was out of pocket for us. Two days later, lo and behold, the same spot was wet again. Another leak, INCHES away. We called them back and once they visually inspected the area, they concluded it was not their fault and it had to be a different leak because it was a few inches away. If we wanted it fixed, we'd have to pay for a whole new repair. We called the owner, he was a jerk and didn't offer any kind of assistance. We have since filed a complaint but they refuse to cooperate. We will NEVER use these people again. And if you want to make a smart decision, don't use them either!!! They had to replace leaking old piping under master bath sink and I purchased a brushed nickel widespread bath faucet set to replace the faucet which was also dripping (I was waiting until Covid case numbers improved, but then the underneath piping began to leak). Magna plumbing was here last week for a clogged upstairs toilet with water coming out of the base. Their plumber tried to unclog the toilet with a snake and could not do it. He said to call roto-rooter and tell them it was a main drain problem (even though the downstairs toilets were working). For this he charged me $39. and said "Have a nice day." I called Chris at Hava-Rooter and he came to my house with a longer snake and cleared the drain. He told me at the outset that if he couldn't fix it he wouldn't charge me.
