Magnets, magnets, and more magnets!! This store is on Pier 39, and curiosity pulled me into this store, or maybe it was the magnetic pull. Whatever it was, there were magnets everywhere, even on the ceiling in the back, This is the kind of store that makes you want to buy something when you had no plans to going in. Or maybe I was just magnetized!!! Hey, who doesn't need a few more magnets to throw on their fridge!! The doughnut magnets looked super real, had to take a 2nd look at them. Most were decently priced, and very unique!!

Mmmmm donuts . . . or is it a magnet?

A magnet store on Pier 39? Sounds like a tourist trap to me! However, I was attracted to this store because of the realistic doughnut magnets adorning the store doors. They had a magnetic pull on me that I couldn't say no to, even at $12.50 a piece. Although that is a bit pricey for a magnet, the fun I will have with this realistic looking doughnut magnet at my office will be priceless! Aside from realistic looking doughnut magnets they had other foods like ice cream and hot dogs. In the touring category they has all sorts of tacky San Francisco magnets. Finally, they had thousands of rectangular magnets with funny sayings and popular quotes on them.

I bought four postcards for a dollar and they had a 50% off sale for the sunglasses. I got them for $5! That's pretty good for me! Aside from that, they sell tons of magnets and keychains. They also have toys for the kids.

I purchased the 50 state magnets and it did not have two of the states in the container. It was missing Indiana and Illinois.

Waited two minutes at the register before anyone came up. The place does have a lot of funny magnets.

It feels like the perfect spot for foot traffic and events. I actually visited for the first time during a company offsite where they hosted a bouquet-making workshop, and it was such a fun experience. It was surprisingly challenging in a good way! It really made you think about placement, balance, and technique. We learned from two florists who each had their own style, which made it even more interesting. They also shared insights about different flowers, the history of the shop, and their personal journeys into floristry. I'd highly recommend this as a team offsite if you have the budget. It's a great mix of creativity and critical thinking, and it's something a little different from the usual team activities. Beyond the workshop, the shop itself is full of great finds like beautiful plants, Compartés chocolates, candles, pots, stickers, and other giftable items. It really feels like a one-stop shop if you're looking to put together a thoughtful gift. Also, fun personal note, I hadn't realized until this visit that they were actually the ones who made our wedding boutonniere, which made the experience even more special. Overall, a great shop with a lot to offer, whether you're stopping in for flowers, gifts, or a unique event experience.
