The lady tech put 2 strips between my eyes and guess what she took too much off on my inner left eyebrow. She should have did one at a time so she can properly place the other which is fine any other time, from my perspective. Being a nice person, I said ma'am you went in too much on my left eyebrow and not I'm going to have to fill my eyebrow in until it grow back. This lady goes into the trash to TRY to show me I didn't have any eyebrows. I said "ma'am here is picture of me Monday with eyebrows. I'm not sure what you got but I have proof (I showed her date and made her aware my hair is the same). Remind you I'm still calm because at this point there is nothing I or she can do because the hair is gone. So her RUDE self says "don't pay for eyebrows and I'm not doing your nails". I said "I'm sorry did you say you're not doing my nails. She said yes because I said she messed my eyebrows up. But ma'am you did!!!! So I politely said "ok and walked out". I have been going to this shop for almost 2 years. So I left but my heart wouldn't let me let it go. I created the BEFORE and AFTER that you see in my review pics, then went back to show her the different side by side. She was like "you didn't like my eyebrows so I don't do your nails". I said "be that you can deny any services, the way you went about it was very rude and unacceptable when you messed MY eyebrows up". The foot & leg scrub and massage was so good I almost fell asleep! RC was very neat and precise in everything she did. She scrubbed my feet soo soo good that they feel like a baby's bottom! The offer all the typical mail services: acrylic, gel, solar pink/white, SNS dip, waxing services, as well as 2 different tanning beds. They accept all major credit cards and cash. The environment was clean, quiet and personable. Everyone was still wearing a mask as well. There was a tech Sammy that seems to be popular and kept the laughs coming with the regular customers. A woman named Wendy finally came over, started setting up the station, then told me she needed to come back. After another 10 minutes passed and I again expressed frustration to the front desk, she finally returned. Even then, instead of beginning the pedicure, she spent time on the phone while the water was running. The actual pedicure itself was rushed and poor quality. My feet were barely scrubbed, and the French tip was done so poorly that another employee had to step in and finish it. What frustrates me most is that I ended up leaving two full hours after I originally arrived, paid $60, and still did not receive a quality service. I have frequented this salon before for pedicures, and this is the first time I have had such a negative experience. The biggest issue was the lack of honesty and communication from the front desk at the beginning.
