Wonn is sitting there with somebody else else's order that must have walked away from it, but it was never canceled The other lady in Self service Vice completed her order and I went there. I purchased medication that require required an ID. The entire time, the woman at the full service checkout was conversing with a customer chatting about food and other things. My thing started buzzing that I needed an attendant to help. It probably said 10 times help is on the way. She finally came and then said oh go ahead and put your date of birth in, and she walks away. No one else is around. No apology, did not check my ID, no other acknowledgments.. I stopped coming to the pharmacy a long time ago, but the store is slow and unfriendly many times. There was a younger gentleman who used to work here. He was great. The lack of good workers here also is reflected with literally everything being locked up in the facial care section. You can't even re-labels anymore because you have to wait 15 minutes for somebody to come and open the door.

When you depend on a pharmacy for medication, you should be able to rely on them to have prescriptions ready when promised or at the very least be able to reach someone by phone to find out what is going on. Having to repeatedly call, wait, and still not get an answer is incredibly frustrating. I understand pharmacies can get busy and delays sometimes happen, but when the same problems keep happening over and over, something needs to change. This location seriously needs to improve its pharmacy staffing, communication, and prescription turnaround times. I would not recommend this pharmacy if you need your medication filled reliably and on time.

I had a different experience with this pharmacy then most on here are talking about.. The pharmacist Zaven acted like a smart ass when I asked him a question about a medication that my doctor had prescribed for me and gave me attitude when I did not agree with him in our conversation. His employees were nicer then he was and were trying to understand my point and help me out, but this guy would not give them the space or voice to speak up. I have never gone to a pharmacy and been treated so rudely as I was at this pharmacy, before my conversation with him he was bragging to another patient about his customers being "famous" and well known and this being a top notch pharmacy...I don't know what famous person his talking about but famous or not he did not treat me as a patient who would ever come back there. This was my first and last time coming here and I would not recommend others to get their medication from here...go to CVS or Walgreen's and I'm sure you would get treated better. This guy needs a reality check his a joke, I feel bad for his employees poor girls looked scared. read more

Magnolia Pharmacy are patient friendly, compassionate, and budget understanding. Even as pharmaceutical prices keep on rising, they manage to come up with reasonable prices ( for medicine that is). My experience has always been positive. It is nice to be treated with empathy and care, as a customer that generally feels fleeced by big pharmacy prices. I just filled an expensive name brand prescription there - with my insurance it would've cost $90 for a 3 month supply. They found me a coupon and I only paid $15! I've never found service like this at a chain pharmacy. They're even open partial hours on Saturday! I would highly recommend Magnolia Pharmacy! read more

You don't need an appointment and can just let all in. All you need is your ID, Covid card and insurance card. Also, you have to complete a patient information sheet which will take about five minutes. This place looks very modern and clean. The pharmacist is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend getting your Covid vax here if you need immediate service.

The two employees who helped me at the first window were very nice. They answered my questions about doing both shots on the same day, and advised me as to the availability of the various inoculations. The women who rang me up and gave me my paperwork after the shots were also very friendly and efficient. The nurse who administered the shots was very fast, and professional. I barely felt either shot. This was the fastest and easiest way to stay current on my inoculations. That all five of the employees I interacted with were so nice was a pure bonus!
