The teachers and staff have been absolutely instrumental in helping my child grow into an independent, confident, caring, and joyful individual. What truly sets this school apart is their dedication to authentic Montessori practices. The teachers are incredibly observant and committed to each child's unique journey; they provide individualized care and growth tailored to what the child needs, rather than taking a generic, one-size-fits-all approach. Beyond the classroom, the professionalism of the staff is unmatched. I deeply appreciate their communication style. Even when handling an escalation, they channel information with the right intent, focusing on collaboration rather than just reporting a problem. Their insights have genuinely helped guide and prepare both us as parents and our child for real-world challenges. We are so grateful for this community!

Their patience, kindness, and responsibility have made such a meaningful difference in our child's growth. Our child has learned so much during this time--not only academically, but also in confidence, independence, and social skills. We could clearly see progress every day, and we truly appreciate the effort and care from all the teachers. What touched us most is how much our child loves school. Every morning, our child looked forward to going to school with excitement, and even at home would talk about and miss the teachers and classmates. That says everything about how warm and special this school is. As parents, we felt completely at ease knowing our child was in such a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. We sincerely thank the school and all the teachers for the love, guidance, and beautiful memories. We will always cherish this wonderful experience.

The more time I have spent at my current daycare, I realize how sad I feel when I reflect back on when he was going here. This daycare is not nearly as warm as the daycare where my son spent his last 2 years. I remember when we first dropped off my son at this daycare, he was so scared and would cry a lot from the anxiety of leaving his parents. One of the suggestions that Ms. Toni said was not to carry him into the daycare and let him walk in. I'm not sure if this advise was to maybe make him less scared, but when I think back on that advise and how small my son was back then, it really makes me mad to even think that I took that advise as helpful. At 2 years old, a parent should definitely not feel like they can't carry their scared son into their first daycare. I also remember Ms. Toni commented that my son was constantly wanting to sit on Ms. Kat's lap and that she couldn't have him do that so often. When I see the kids in my current daycare, kids are on the laps of the teachers all the time and all day, especially if they need some comfort since they are showing anxiety being away from their parents. This school was so callous compared to the school that my son is currently at and I remember how scared he always felt when going there, which makes me sad and the reason why I'm writing a 2nd review. I also mentioned in an earlier review that I hated dropping off my son in the morning due to one of the teachers (Ms. Wafaa). She was always so rude to me, which made me worry about my son having to spend the morning with her. I hope she's no longer there, but if she is, she really needs to improve her demeanor. It's always hard to know how bad someplace is until you leave and go someplace else, so I'm glad we only stayed here for one year.

She creates a warm and welcoming environment where my girls feel safe and supported. One thing we especially appreciate is her excellent communication with us. Ms. Ana is very responsive through WeChat; she provides us peace of mind when we have any questions regarding our kids. Ms Shiela was excellent in introducing both my daughters to writing/math/reading at the beginning of the year. She was able to identify different needs for each of my daughters and created a plan for us to follow at home to reinforce what was being taught at school. The time I had with Ms Shiela in the teacher parent meetings showed me that she really cared about her students and treated them as if they were her own. I am so impressed with my daughters' growth throughout the year; seeing the work they did in class and also the activities they have and are doing now at home is just amazing. We are so grateful to have had Ms. Ana and Ms. Shiela take care of and teach our kids. Ms. Haley is the teacher who helped my daughter achieve a breakthrough in learning her letter sounds and number fundamentals. She is energetic, creative, and makes learning so much fun that even my husband and I wish we could be students in her class! She has a special gift for challenging each child while supporting them in their own unique way. Homework became a positive part of our routine because she always made sure my daughter was learning, growing, and being appropriately challenged. Her curriculum and classroom activities are engaging, thoughtful, and fun. Simply put, she is truly one of the best teachers we have ever met. Ms. Emily is the most patient and loving teacher. She has such a gentle and effective way of teaching discipline, manners, and positive behavior. Rather than simply telling children what not to do, she helps them understand right from wrong in a caring and respectful way. Her kindness and creativity shine through in everything she does. Ms. Andrea has left a lasting impression on our family. Thanks to her, our household will forever know how to sing the table manners song! She has a wonderful ability to turn lessons and nursery rhymes into daily habits that children can carry with them beyond the classroom. Together, these teachers create the perfect balance of nurturing, encouragement, structure, and learning. They have built an environment where children can thrive and grow at their own pace while feeling loved and supported every step of the way. We will miss them so much and already look forward to our second child having the opportunity to learn from them one day. We also cannot forget Room 2 and the amazing Ms. Cecilia, Ms. Ellie, and Ms. Griselda. They were my daughter's very first teachers and helped her learn boundaries, social skills, and independence while showering her with love and care. Anyone who works with two-year-olds deserves special recognition, and these teachers have endless patience and dedication. They are simply the best. We also cannot forget about Ms Reyna! She was the one providing comfort to during her first few weeks of transitioning. Our daughter has truly thrived here and has learned so much. We are incredibly grateful for all of these wonderful teachers and the impact they have had on our family. You simply can't go wrong with any of them!

For three years straight, I received updates on how my daughter was doing--whether she napped, how much she ate, and even little notes if her behavior changed. White glove service, safe, clean environment for children to THRIVE! Run, don't walk. Teachers are caring, gentle, and incredibly patient. The owner, Mrs Tina, really has an eye for hiring the right person for the right age group. The staff is warm, diverse (Mandarin and Spanish speaking), and attentive to the children's needs. More importantly, the parents needs :) Many of the staff have been here for over a decade. We saw many times, staff being promoted from within, uplifting the community. Updates: Phone App with pictures of what your child is up to, what they ate, how long they slept. You can call and speak with your child's teacher incase you forgot something. The owner and School director are ALWAYS available for any concerns, and address them immediately. Understandably, there is no remote access to cameras for others privacy, but you can sit in the office and watch the screen all day if you wish. Yelp: There was a child who was injured a few weeks after we started. Concerning. We were second guessing our decision to send our kids here. Naturally, we went and spoke with the director for clarity. She was very transparent, while respecting the child's identity and privacy. We never got the feeling like she was making excuses or hiding anything. We then saw the director and administrators going over the playground with a fine tooth comb to see where padding and barriers could be added to improve safety. The owner had a whole construction crew out there the next day improving the hard scape! Tea: There were a group of HOA karen type moms who tried to organize a mass exodus bc their unreasonable demands were not acquiesced. Extreme. Honeys, you're gorgeous, chill on the botox... They made a whole face book group trashing the school. As usual, Mrs Tina went above and beyond w accommodations, but nothings ever good enough. Hire an au pair. Extra: No expenses are spared for activities. Reptiles, magic shows, characters, face painting, bounce house, bubble party, color fight (Holi), water play, what did i miss? Who does this?? The end of year parties are a whole production... Academics: They regularly survey the local schools for proficiency levels, and adjust the curriculum. By the time your kids go to primary school, they will be far ahead of the pack. Owner: Mrs Tina can easily run an investment bank, yet she CHOOSES this torture. Think the tuition is expensive? 30 people on payroll, rent/CAM, repairs, taxes, food to feed 100+ kids, insurance, licensing, compliance, in California. I often wonder how shes making money at all? For teacher appreciation week, she had food catered, gifts, and paid for EVERY teachers car to get a full detail. She treats people with kindness, fairness, makes sure everyone feels included, and is having fun! Wonderful human being. Miss Tina, we see you...

Ms Gina the director of the center is great at communication and great at answering all questions. The center is very organized and will call me if my child falls or if they suspect they are sick or anything. I really appreciate that as it's perfect for busy adults. My toddler is always yapping and chatting and listing the teachers name at home when I ask about their day. Ms Chandi, Ms Paulina, Ms Jojo, Ms Lina, Ms Fong, Ms Valerie, I hope I am not missing anyone as my child would give me an ear ful, but thank you all sooo much. My child comes home happy and it gives me such a peace of mind to know that they are in good hands. They have such fun holiday events and field trips in the summer, we have been going here for a few years now and look forward to continue going here. Highly recommend for anyone. The center is very clean and they encourage the kids to wash their hands so I appreciate that health/sanitization is emphasized here. There are plenty of toys and a giant playground with sand as well. Plenty of activities to keep the children engaged and there is also a security gate so I feel that there they are safe. By 2 and a half years old I could slowly enunciate words for her to spell with letter toys. By 3 years old she was reading 3 letter words, and by 3 and a half she knew most of the sight words. Yup, it's true. Even though we read to her a lot I have no doubt the teachers deserve the credit here! I chose this school over others in the area because of its unique classroom setup. Unlike other schools, the kids here are not kept in the same classroom with the same kids all day. Towne & County is one large building with short walls dividing each class, which allows the students and teachers to constantly interact with one another. She was playing with older and younger kids daily, which allowed her to learn from the older ones and then play the role of helper to the younger ones, a key Montessori approach. I loved the cross pollination! I noticed that my daughter and the other children here enunciate clearer than other kids their age who don't go to preschool or who go to other schools. Is it the result of mingling with so many teachers and students each day? Maybe. Their style is a blend of traditional and Montessori, and they follow the same schedule everyday. The staff are all fantastic. I wish they provided more photos and videos daily like other preschools/daycares, so we could know what she did each day, but they do provide some on event days. Now that my daughter is in TK at a public school, her transition has been as smooth as can be. She was given a solid foundation here. :) Security is top notch, since the school is on the AQMD campus and across the street from the Diamond Bar city hall. Security guards are regularly patrolling in golf carts. Overall, I highly recommend Towne & Country! Thank you to Ms. Gina and all the teachers for a wonderful, nourishing environment!
