I've come to this tire shop a few times due to tire blow outs. I love my Tesla but I'm always replacing tires. Each time I've come, I thought the owner/manager was a bit rude but I just want the tire. This tire shop is conveniently located to my home and every time I have to tow it, it's after hours so I tow it home then tow it here the next day. The time before this one it was for my son's car and I mistakenly thought he needed 3 tires but I had forgotten that I had recently bought tires and only needed the one. The owner was going to gladly sell me three tires knowing I only needed one. My bf stepped in and reminded me that he had bought tires already and I only needed the one. SMDH. This time, I called to get a price on a used tire and he CLEARLY quoted me $59. When the tow truck dropped the car off, the price suddenly changed to $69. We confronted him about and he defensively says that he never said $59. Ok dude let me pay now before the price goes up AGAIN. This is the last time this place will get my business, THE LAST. My BF was gonna get two tires for his car but we will take our business to a more honest shop with an owner that has INTEGRITY. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. They give great service and I don't feel like I'm ever taken advantage of. They never recommend anything unnecessary or trivial. Recently however, the price for patching a tire has gone up by $5. I will continue to bring my business to them, but might reconsider if the price goes any higher. Owner is incredibly rude. this review is only for the man who sits in the office, not the actual mechanics. this man is rude, he just walks up to your car and doesn't greet or smile or anything. then he sold me a faulty tire and refused to return my money. I came to his shop and saturday, 7/10 and by SUNDAY, 7/11 the tire was blown out. the people who repaired it for me dumped it after because it was trash and a bad tire. I came to this man a few days later and his response was, "what do you want me to do about it?" I showed him the photo of the visibly blown out tire and he rudely told me he needed to inspect it. This man has no customer service skills and the mechanics have to be the reason for the positive reviews because it can't possibly be because of the ownership. I recommend noone to visit this place unless you want to be sold a faulty tire and receive subpar service. I also find it interesting that most of the one star reviews are from Black people. Do not get a patch for your tires here if you have a nail in it. Go somewhere else because I got my tires patched yesterday evening, and this morning about 6 AM the lights for the tires came on as low air pressure. I called the owner, (man in charge that always sits in the office) this morning after 8:30 AM, explained to him that I just got my tires patched yesterday and early this morning the light came on saying it's low air. He quickly said "no warranty for a patching." I replied, "you JUST patched it yesterday evening it's not even 24 hours, you're not going to fix it? I PAID YOU to patch it.. and it's NOT patched." He then said aggressively, "patching no warranty, no warranty, no warranty." Over and over again yelling the same damn thing "no warranty ". Even though it's $10, I still got robbed didn't even last a full day without having to pump air back into the same tires that they supposedly "patched ". Grumpy old man was quick to take my $10 before my tire was even attached back to my car. He came to me and said, "TEN DOLLARS," without smiling, saying hello, thank you, have a nice day....ANYTHING. Rude ass owner, how is his business still running with that kind of customer service. Rather than doing the right thing, he chose to rob his customer $10. Last week I went to Magnolia Used Tire Shop, picked a used tire in seemingly great shape, asked the salesperson if it was guaranteed to NOT shake the car, and he said, "if it does, bring it back." I turned my back for just maybe 2-3 minutes and they were installing it onto my car. I asked if they had balanced it because it seemed they barely had time to do so. The salesperson again, said Yes, so I paid cash, and drove down the residential street to my house. I should have taken it onto the highway immediately. Today I drove on the highway and Whoah! This tire violently shakes my car past 50. I went back and was directed to the office in the back corner of the shop. Within my first couple of words, the owner pointed at the sign that says, "NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES." How interesting that the exchange of money happens outside of the shop altogether away from the office and the little sign. I suspect this is intentional strategy. Maybe the sign should be placed outside where customers could see it before gambling their money. More egregiously, why had my salesman fed me Bulltish reassurances which he knew were in direct contradiction to a company policy in writing on the wall? I came here with a flat tire looking for a reasonably priced used tire, the owner came very disrespectful trying to rush me. After i simply asked for a quote for a used tire, this man saw i really needed the tire so he said it would be $70 for a used tire. Keep in mind i have an old honda civic from 2000. Super overcharged and greedy to charge somebody this ridiculous price because you see i needed it. Went to the tire shop on the other block and they charged me 40 for the used tire and it has been almost 2 months and it still has not popped. I'm basing my rating exclusively on the integrity of this business. I didn't buy anything there, nor did I have anything installed or serviced. I went in today expecting to buy a set of four used tires--a friend recommended the place after he spot-checked my tires and told me I should probably replace them. I was looking for used because that was recommended to me also as a huge money-saver. When I got there, I told the mechanic what my size was and asked if he had a set of four that matched. He rolled out a set that he said had about 70% of their tread left, and they looked nearly new to me. Before we went any further, I asked him to take a look at what was on my car now to see what shape they were in. After he did, he told me they were still in great shape, that they had nearly as much tread left as the ones he pulled out for me, and that I really didn't need to replace them. I couldn't imagine such honest treatment from another tire seller where the salespeople were paid on commission (which is most of them). I thanked him for his honesty and for his time, and I complimented the owner on his shop and promised him I wouldn't buy anywhere else when they finally did need to be replaced. Again, I can't speak to the quality of their service or their prices (I never did get a quote on those used ones), but based on their honesty and integrity alone I have to recommend this place and give them the highest Yelp rating. read more

People will mess with me, try to take advantage, try to set me up.. Put me in really really weird situations that have nothing to do with my car. I know people think I am hot, I also know it doesn't matter what I wear [at least almost always] This is definitely; far as I can tell not that kind of place.. I sense this place would take offense towards persons who would do that. Very much encourages a sense of sufficiency and equality. I noticed a large screw in my passenger side front tire. First I went to the big chain tire shop where I had purchased a set of four Hankook tires for my GMC Yukon XL. There I was told that the location of the screw meant that it was irreparable and that I would need to purchase two new front tires. I asked the tech to just replace the tire in question with my spare, but he told me that while my spare is in apparent good condition, that it is "expired" and that he couldn't. He kept mentioning their credit plan. I left, scared that my tire was going to blow any minute. My neighbor suggested Magnolia Tire Shop. Bless her! I pulled in mid-day on a Sunday. The first man told me that he could either plug the hole for 10.00 or sell me a used tire for 35.00. Either option was so much better than what I had been told elsewhere. I decided to have them replace the tire. When I pulled in to the bay, the tech called me over and showed my that the screw, while having a big, wide head, was actually very short-stemmed and had not even penetrated the outer layer of the tire. He removed it and said that I was good to go. I was so relieved and grateful for their honesty that I slipped him a five as a tip. read more

The actual workers here are GREAT but the owner/manger is HORID and rude. I had 3 tires changed prior to having a 4th and on my 4th time the price was $10 more than previous times! I simply asked why (which I have a right to) and instead of simply answering (they can charge whatever they want it's their business) he begins to YELL at me and call me a liar! I had all 3 of my previous receipts and he still called me a liar lol.
