We also had to wait a little while before someone was available, so having a few more staff members assisting customers during busy times would definitely help. That being said, once we were helped, Randy was exceptional. I'm new to gun ownership and interested in eventually getting a rifle for hunting, and he took the time to explain the differences between different rifles, what I should be looking for, and which options would make sense for what I wanted to do. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel silly for being new to everything. He was just as helpful with my boyfriend, letting him physically handle and compare his different options before making a decision.
