They called before noon to tell be the horn needed replacing- I ok'd the work and even though i was told I'd receive a call after, they never did call. I called for an update at 5pm and was told they'd get back to me. They close at 6pm. I headed over there anyway. She calls at 5:45pm to say the work is done. They took care of another customer while waiting on me and then told me my car was around the block. I got to the car and the engine was still warm. So, they actually held my car all day, took care of a whole bunch of other people, and replaced the horn between 5pm and 5:45pm. I will be bring it to another mechanic to see if they replaced the horn with a new one. This place is a big No for me.
