We were first time boaters and everything was completely new to us. Sebastian took us out on the water twice and gave the most professional instruction ever. He really prepared us. We picked the boat up this past Friday and on Sunday, we took it out by ourselves for the first time. Everything was perfect and we looked like old pros. Yeah, we were nervous, but just kept hearing Sebastian's reassuring voice in our head. I hope that Ski Dock knows how good he is and rewards him for it. As for Ski Dock, they get high marks as well. We had been to two other dealerships closer to our home. One came in with a low price, but there was no personal touch. No taking you out on the water and preparing you. Just pick it up and drive off. No thanks!!! Ski Dock was just a little above the lowest price but with their personal attention to detail, it was a no-brainer on our part. They didn't have any clue about the active air damper, so they removed it causing check engine light to come on. They cut wires causing sensor/camera/calibration issues and then blamed "someone else before us", even though the cut wires were never brought to our attention by them. After multiple trips and hours back and forth to them, they just reinstalled the factory bumper (with bolts missing) and left us with calibration issues that we had to pay to get fixed ourselves, after they refused to accept responsibility. I was thrilled when I saw the work that they did and how flawless it looked. I was very impressed at the level of quality and the detail they achieved in restoring my RV back to great condition. You can see from the photos how good it looks and how bad the original damage was. If I had any complaints it would be a little better communication and letting me know the status of the job. They are slammed with work and I know that sometimes can affect communication. On the flipside though, they worked with my budget and they finished several days before they said it would be done which was AWESOME! The bottom line is that I would definitely use these guys again for sure. The owner called to let me know they where "giving up" and could "go no further". They did recommend a more capable and professional shop who diagnosed and repaired the vehicle in a day. Turns out American RV specialist had completely misdiagnosed the problem, according to the actual professionals who fixed the vehicle at an actual professional repair shop. There was little if any care of the the vehicle while it sat there for 5 months, all the plumbing fixtures had to be replaced when we got it back. I wish i read the reviews closer because when I did this seemed to be a recurring theme and has been documented previously.
