I am trying to reach someone that is able to assist me in resolving a server issue that falls in the category of "Bait and switch" or possible "deceptive trade practices". On Aug the 7th I requested service for my RV with a hot water heater issue, the tech was quick and responsive, and after reviewing the repair , he made me aware that I needed a new hot water heater. He texted me the next day with options and pricing including trip charges (see attached) . I chose the more expensive option of a tankless for $2500.00 , he let me know he would get the parts and install it for the next day and ran my credit card , I did not receive an estimate nor did I sign a credit card authorization form, I saw a charge for $2500, the agreed upon price . The next day, he came out and installed the hot water heater , and then called me when it was complete. The call went like this. " I have some good news and some bad news, The good news is you have hot water , the bad news is that someone put the wrong heater in the box (bait and switch) and it was not an electric tankless that we originally agreed upon. I accepted the original equipment that he quoted , since I don't use the trailer and it was cheaper. He also let me know that the parts box was open and the safety door was missing, and I said he can mail it to me, so he did not have to make another trip. When I got home , I checked my bank and my email and got an invoice and here is the issue. 1. I was charged $2500 not the $1800 promised. To an Individual named Adam Wallow? 2. I was charged $1219.00 for a $520 part 3. I did not receive the original replacement , and my trailer was cut to make the new lesser unit fit. Causing further depreciation 4. I was charged $4330.46 to install a $520.00 approximately 1/3 the value of the complete trailer. 5. I was not given the opportunity to and approve parts and labor invoice or signoff. 6. Someone forged my Credit card knowing I would not approve the invoice. read more

These guys are a bunch of fraudulent operators. Beware! They have changed me 4 times for one service. They got incorrect parts and tried to charge me for those as well as the right parts. They broke as much as they fixed. They have failed to produce invoices after the job and then fabricated others that do not match the credit card charges they made. Complete and total sham. Poor repair practices and lousy customer service.. Avoid if at all possible! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY! CRIMINALS! These people are criminals. They charged our credit card 3 times for 1 service and failed to return multiple phone calls to resolve. When you call customer service they cannot help, they have zero information, and say accounting will call you back - they don't. The next time you call there is no record of your issue. Although they say they will provide an invoice via email, they don't. They get your credit card number and then go to town. Also the 3 charges we got are ~ $5,000 to replace a bent leveling jack - online research shows the most this should cost is $1,500 for remote repair and parts. Total Scam. Multiple unauthorized charges not discussed prior to the call. Charged diag + hours service for a simple task as the tech was no prepared. "Aqua hot certified tech" didn't know the glycol line from the water line. Thought water was antifreeze. Attempting to turn less than 1 hour call into a 1280 dollar invoice. Updated review, Do not give this vendor your credit card. The company claims that terms of service not presented prior to scheduling the service call are in some way binding which is entirely incorrect. Terms of service are not presented nor accepted (click through) while entering credit card information. More telling of the companies quality is the assertion they did not claim to be able to address the specific issues they were called for despite also claiming the call was an "emergency". Work quality terrible, tech quality terrible, customer service terrible. I have contacted the states attorney as well as disputed unauthorized charges with american express. read more

Sticker shocked I was, I have been asking for a price to get my rig fixed and I paid there ridiculous price for their service call of 495.00 and then another 1975.38 on the second attempt to fix the problem. People like these people should be find and stripped from their license and then put in jail for their wrong doing. There fees are the dumbest things I ever seen in my life. SCAMERS!!!!! TOTAL FRAUDULENT COMPANY. DON'T USE OR GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD INFO. Quoted $295 Service Call Out fee, then double charged and charged for Repair hours that they didn't perform. They demand your CCard in order to schedule Service, then charge as much as they can get onto card without credible proof of services. The service repairman was nice and friendly and talked a lot. I did not know that I was going to be charged a service call plus time this was not revealed. The service call was apparently just for the individual to arrive at the location which was $295 and then I was charged two hours of time of which probably about an hour was spent in conversation. Nothing was repaired. It was simply a diagnosis of what needs to occur. He did try a few things that he thought might be a quick repair however they were all the things that I had already tried as I explained it to him. My bill was $940 and I have zero solutions Your experience might be better however mine did not result in any repairs. read more

These's guy will rob you blind, called them to have them come look at a fridge was quoted $100 to come out which is fine. They came out a few days later, described the problem I was having and the guy recommended a new fridge. I declined service and decided to do it myself, they proceeded to charge me $765.00. After coming out and advising me to get a new fridge. Please look over the itemized bill before allowing them to come out and do anything for you. read more

I called asking if they could service Aquahot Boilers. We can send our best Master Tech, he's been in the RV industry for many years. After nearly 3 hours, there was no diagnosis of the problem, and the tech apologized admitting he had not worked on an Aquahot for a"long time". I needed my fuel tank pumped out, called and agreed to pay the $1,492.50. Although that was an extreme price I agreed because of my situation. The next day I seen an additional charge for $357.00 that I did not approve. Good technician I'm thankful for however they are way overpriced. This business is a RIP OFF... Needed assistance getting my RV started. They send a mechanic who was not experienced in RVs at all. Maybe diesel trucks ? I am not sure. Wasted first hour determining he had no idea what to check. I requested he at least help me putting air in air tank to release air brakes. That took 2 hours, ridiculous. He had an air pump but no hose, I had to go buy one. At that point they charged me $1800 which was crazy for what was done. Obviously knew it was excessive as they offered a discount on future work. If I could give zero stars, I would. The only reason why we even went with a mobile mechanic is b/c the vehicle wasn't drive-able, due to the issue. A bolt on a tension pulley was stripped. I took pictures, fully explained the situation. I was given an estimate. I was good with the estimate and specifically asked if they were SURE that the extraction could be done within the time frame and I was reassured. The schedule was set for between 9am-11am on a weekend (my birthday). I figured with the scheduled time and the amount of time quoted, it would be okay to have my wife use our other car to do some things she needed. Then I get a message that morning that it would be afternoon. He didn't get there until almost 4pm. The tech (Mario) was able to fix the issue. BUT he told me himself that he used some of my tools to complete the work. Later, I get the final invoice. It was more than the estimate stated. One was because it took longer, when I was assured that it would be done in the time frame quoted. Second, I was charged a mileage fee on top of the service call fee. When I asked about both the time and the extra fees, I was told that they thought I would be "pleased" that the tech was able to resolve the issue and how the car was "nearly destroyed" by the previous fix and we should be happy that the engine didn't have to be replaced, and call the over charge a "small amount". On top of that when I asked for a discount for the tech using my tools they lied and said the tech didn't use my tools, when he told me himself he did, and that they don't provide discounts. Then after a couple of days, they threatened to add late fees and send me to collections if I didn't pay in time.
