To top it off they charged her $167 for this comprehensive diagnosis of every thing about car( didn't ask for) nowhere on the website does it say they charge for a quote. Used to be the standard for most service industries to offer free quotes so they can get the business. That alone impressed me. One of the bigger shops had quoted me almost $2,000, but he was able to get everything taken care of for just a couple hundred. With Austin summer coming up, I really needed my AC working and definitely did not have time to save up that kind of money, so this was a huge relief. He was super straightforward and explained exactly what was wrong and what he was fixing, which I really appreciated. He even noticed that one of my taillights was out and helped me get that fixed too. He was funny, kind, and easy to talk to. As a woman, going to car places can sometimes feel uncomfortable, but I never felt unsafe, pressured, or talked down to here.
