He took the time to educate me about exactly what my vehicle requires, which turns out is only available through local dealerships or online. Ironically, when I called the dealerships, most of them either blew off my questions, deflected, or didn't even know what I was talking about. One dealership even transferred me to a dead line when I tried to verify what Danny had told me. Turns out, some of them are using lesser-quality oil than what's actually recommended in the owner's manual--and they're the dealerships. This industry can be incredibly shady, but Danny gave me straight truth from the second I walked in.
